There is more excitement and people around for the App state games than the panthers and they are a D2 team !!!! Try getting into a bar when The TARHEELS play PUKE good luck - but if you want a beer when the "panters" are playing NP it will be empty unless fans are people there watching other teams not suck. --- 2001 Carolina Panthers (1-15) voted 9 worst team ever.ESPN ------ This year 2w 13L---- Regular Season Record (all-time) : 119-136-0
Playoff Record (all-time) : 6-4 (Last appearance after 2008 season)
Super Bowls Won: 0 out of 1 appearance
Championships Won: 0 You will see more Pitts / Dolphins or Green bay fans then Carolina in NC!! Most of the people i talk to from Char even wish the stadium was not there because if they go to a game they leave half way through once Carolina starts sucking. Even the local papers are saying they are worse than the 2001 team !! http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2010/10/10/1754053/2001-again-no-but-this-bunc h-is.html The NFL would be better off with out this Joke of a team and let some other state have a team as they are going nowhere fast and probably never will if they keep drafting the way they do.

Why would Carolina get rid of the Panthers when they rank #6 in attendance rankings ahead of teams like Green Bay, San Francisco, and Philadelphia?

You do make a valid point. They suck. But then again, every team has had their rough years. Look at the Lions recently. The Tampa Bay Suckaneers. The 'Aints. Two of these three teams won the super bowl in recent years. Carolina's day will come.

In my opinion, Carolina needs to fire John Fox, trade Steve Smith for some picks, and build around their running game and defense. Maybe Clausen is the wrong choice, but its still early, so you never know. They have 4 healthy quarterbacks so why didn't they start one each quarter the last 2-3 games to see if they're going to draft Andrew Luck, or somebody else?

The one team I can think of that should move is the Oakland Raiders. They are being hurt by lack of attendance in Oakland, giving them less money to spend on free agents. Move them to Los Angeles where they belong and where people actually have money to go watch them.

Carolina = 6th in attendance
Oakland = dead last

Okie Dokie then. I win.

Sounds like Jimmy Clausen stole someone's girlfriend....

LOL - not so much-=--- but honestly watching them play is just depressing - Their draft pics are just dreadful and even the fans in carolina dread watching the out comes of the games. NC would be better of getting rid of them and trying a baseball team- The panthers are the worst team in the state - Tarheels champions- duke champions - Hurricanes - champions ASU -champions - list gos on and on Carolina cant even win more than 2-4 games at best with out falling to pieces or having so many penalties in a game it looks like half the players still need to be in college. I think its time the just leave and not the a blemish on the state of NC.

Im wondering if my opponent is going to respond or saw the light of how bad they really are.

I wouldn't be so eager for his response. He's going to beat you like a drum. In light of the season, he should change his user name to "Little Drummer Boy" for this TD.

beat like the the panters record ?? Pitts looked like they were playing a college team out there LOL

Also was the stunt boy of the show, his biggest claim to fame was living on the roof for 20 days until the Carolina Panthers won their first football game in 2009. In 2010, he bet the Panthers would win one of their first five games or he would leave the show forever. On October 10, 2010 Shadow lost the bet and his job when the Panthers lost their fifth game of the season to the Chicago Bears in Charlotte----------- This is what Carolina fans get for supporting the "panters"

I've seen worse teams than the 2010 Panthers.

December 24, 2010  08:41 PM ET

When I was in my early teens my family had New England Patriots season tickets and we rarely ever missed a game. Those are some of the best memories of my life and the Pats were horrible. My God were they bad. But, I would much rather have been there to watch them lose than not have been there when they won.

you guys are all nuts. jerry richardson knows the lock-out is coming and his team was on the edge of good and bad. so jerry knowing that there was really only one season going to come out of last seasons moves, simply chose to let the house clean itself.

fox is gone, peppers is gone, jake is gone, and so are all of the other salary drags. when the lock-out is over, the panthers will have tons of cap space, trading chips with steve smith, jonathan stewart and others.

richardson knows that everything changes quickly in the nfl and holding onto marginal players late in their career is not a wise move when there might not be a season for two years.

you want to pick on a team? try one thats been in the league for 30 or 40 years without going to a superbowl. weve been there this decade and we will be going again soon.

There are franchises that are worse.

They were bad. Pats haters jump all over the Pats for supposedly "running up the score". Back in those days, they sure had it happen to them, plenty of times. What goes around comes around.
