Manning still plays at such a sky high level. He alone is the reason they are such a consistent team. but he cant do it alone.
Their lack of run game is giving him some monster stats....but it also kills them in the late season/post season.
If you want a team with as CLOSE to a "manning" as you can get...but with a better O-line...a slightly better corp of RB.....better WRs (total group)......and a slightly better defense
THEN LOOK AT THE SAINTS
but not just the saints.
The Colts would still have to beat the Steelers, Ravens, Patriots to get TO the big game
not to mention rising teams like KC and the J-E-T-S.
its safe to say the colts will win their division next year....but they'd face too much DEFENSE and BALANCED OFFENSE in the playoffs to really make a run.
and once they get to the SB they'd face teams that matchup very well to them
until the Indy DEFENSE (#23 in pts allowed/game) rises up and gets RESPECTABLE.... manning wont see another SB.
but im sure he has a BIG tv to watch it on.....
