What was the worst free agent signing this past offseason in the MLB

Im going to say the worst offseason move was Barry Zito to the Giants. He was expected to be the ace of that staff, and he wasnt. I know he had to adjust to the NL but he struggled the entire season. He just hasnt looked good at all over his last 10 starts he's been 2-3 with a 3.69 era. And this year he's 10-13 with a 4.63 era. Also this year he's only thrown 188.2 innings he's always good for 200 plus innings. Not all of this is due to the switch to the NL.

Your on the right track, but the worst FA signig was Jason Schmidt. At least Zito won 10 games, lets look at Schmidt
1-4 with a 6.31 ERA in 6 games. Then he had shoulder surgery, now he is out for the year.
That is all i need to say. Schmidt was the worst FA signing this year
