Since we both agree on the Cards beating the Bengals I will start this TD
Bold=Locked and Unchangable

So I have them going 9-7. I think Kolb will have a good year since he has a great target in Larry Fitzgerald. The increase of QB play and weak division will lead to a good year in Arizona.

Kolb does not have the talent he had in Philadelphia. They lost their 2nd in WR Steve Breaston who left for Kansas City to be reunited with HC Todd Haley.
Larry Fitz is really all Kolb will have to rely on since the running game is god awful.
And his numbers in Philly? 60.8%, 156ypg, 6.3ypa, 7 TD's to 7 INT's, 15 sacks, 76.3 QB Rating
Not all that great when you consider he was in the Eagles system longer than Michael Vick.
This season is a rebuilding one (even in the weak NFC West) as they get Kolb acclimated to the new season and familiar with his fellow players.
I have them going 6-10.

Let's start off by proving Kolb is a huge upgrade over what the Cards had last year.
Kolb-60.8%, 156ypg, 6.3ypa, 7 TD's to 7 INT's, 15 sacks, 76.3 QB Rating
Anderson-51.7%, 157ypg, 6.3ypa 7TDs to 10INTs 25 sacks, 65.9 QBR
Skelton-47.6%, 5.3ypa, 119ypg 2TDs to 2INTs 1.6 9sacks 62.3QBR
Hall-50.0% 4.7ypa 46.7ypg 1TD to 6INTs 14sacks 35.7 QBR
So comparing Kolb to Anderson(Ari best QB last year) Kolb is nearly 10% more accurate and has a better TD to INT ratio. That is a huge upgrade.
Also Kolb can throw it near Fitz and he will catch it. THe QBs last year couldn't get it near Fitz.
NOw onto the matchups
The Vikes lost their best reciever. They only have Harvin now. Their second WR wouldn't make most other teams top 4.
THey lost their second best linemen and most important one,LT McKinnie, on a line that was already below average.
Their defense of line that was their strength is now their weakness. THey lost Pat Williams and Ray Edwards. Allen is on the decline.
The corners have been injury prone.
The Vikings are not that good of a team. They lost too much. The Cards will handle them rather easily.

I realize Kolb is a lot better than what Arizona had last season at QB. That is quite clear, Captain Obvious.
Fitz did manage to catch 90 passes so they got it near him. And he had just 187 YAC. The QB cannot run for him
However, Fitz will be double teamed a lot and they did land a quality TE in Todd Heap. However, he is 31. Not to mention his last great season? Was in 2006 when he caught 73 passes.
They still lack an effective RB that can help a QB. I know they drafted Ryan Williams but he is injury prone. Just like Beanie Wells.
Make no mistake, Kolb is not Kurt Warner who can lead them to an over .500 record by slinging it 40 plus times a game.
And the Cardinals defense still is a weakness. Even with Patrick Peterson, it will take time for him to become a Pro Bowler. He will not be 1 from Day one.
"The Vikes lost their best receiver. They only have Harvin now."
They also added Donovan McNabb. That was a pretty big trade since he is clearly better right now than Christian Ponder to start.
Sure, they lost Rice but added Michael Jenkins who is capable. McNabb also has Adrian Peterson to hand off to, a lot better RB than he had last season.

This is a year of transition for the Cardinals. From the scrub QB's they had last year to a basically unproven QB.
Kolb, 58%, 193ypg, 6.7ypa, 17 TD's, 13 INT's in about 13 games.
I expect him to miss a few games since the OL is similar to Philly's last year. He will take a beating and I think the Cards will try and be an evenly balanced offense in order to save him some hits.
Williams and Wells will be a better running game than they had last year but that is not that hard to do.
The defense has some issues and will be a work in progress.
Kolb's 2nd season might result in a 8-8 or 9-7 record but not his first year in Arizona. He doesn't have the same offensive talent and he will struggle at times learning the new offense.
