I think the NFL season should be lengthened from the standard 16 games to 26 games.
This would work by shorting the quarters from 15 minutes to 10 minutes. so every game would be 20 minutes shorter. Also I think they should remove the bye week system. and move to something like the all star break in every other sport. Where the all the teams get a week off at the same time. creating a equal playing field. A 16 game schedule is way to short for any sport. and games would be played about every 5 days. I think this would be a better system.

Think about when you heading into the fourth quarter that's when a majority of your injures occur. So with my shorten quarter lengths by the time you would be heading into the fourth quarter in a standard NFL game my game would have ended 5 mins ago. So i don't see injuries as a huge problem

I think the longer season is just to radical for most people to even give it a shot, but when it comes down to it I think its a better system. and would bring out better and more exciting football games. you wouldn't have as much fatigue late in the game. every play would mean more it. Plus it would give you more games to figure out who is really the best team.

In baseball they play 154 games, and only take 4 teams from each division. cause after 154 games you kinda already know who the best teams are.

I answered your question in my rebuttal. no need to answer your one and only point of injuries again.
Your argument is weak, the only thing that is helping you is the fact of so many other people already agree with the 16 game schedule. you have made no points other than injuries, to actually convince me or anyone for that matter that a 16 game schedule is better. "The NFL does everything right it's Americas game, and nobody should try to mess with our league of greatness". I think it's time the NFL changed things up this is a PROFESSIONAL sport and they only play 16 games? compare that to any other sport between college and PRO.

NCAA Baseball they play about 60 games. MLB 162 games
NCAA Basketball they play about 32 games. NBA 82 games
NCAA Hockey they play about 35 games. NHL 82 games

and finally the NCAA Football plays 12 games. NFL 16

Wow what a difference from College ball, in every sport I just named they at least doubled
the amount of games. and I propose adding 10 games and every when rights me off before even listening to my argument, some society we got here on this website.
