Survivor Series '91..
Hogan vs the Undertaker
the Undertaker ruined the Hulkamaniacs spirits.. beating the Hulkster..
I remember almost wanting to cry..
This is when I knew the Undertaker/Mean Mark Callous was a BIG DEAL..

The Undertaker vs Hogan match was virtually irrelevant because Hogan won it back 5 days later at the Tuesday in Texas show. Which followed the title to be held up and eventually won by Flair.
Survivor Series 1997 The Montreal Screwjob
Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels
This particular incident was by far the biggest event maybe in the history of the WWE not to mention the Survivor Series. It changed the course of professional wrestling.
We will never know what would have been. But this match put Vince McMahon in the spotlight, thus putting him involved in the main stream on RAW and outside of his normal capacity of announcer.

good job, you got outta the trap..
I still have ammo
Survivor Series '92
[I]Shawn Michaels (I-C champion) vs Brett Hart (World champion)[/b]
both guys were younger, and this match was 26 mintues of action, with no controversial ending..
Your match of HBK vs the HITMAN.. 12 MINUTES long!!!! zzzzzzz.. We didn't know how controversial the match was till afterward, and that didnt heighten the actual match.. My match in '92 was raw, and in the ring, A CLASSIC..

No disagreement from me. It remains one of my favorite matches in PPV history. However if you are talking about biggest matches in Survivor Series history. HBK vs Hart in 97 takes the cake. Though in 92 it was a much better match, and I say that by a longshot. The effects of the 97 match up remains historic and controversial to this very day.
That being said my next match is Survivor Series 2002. The very first Elimination Chamber. Shawn Michaels vs Triple H vs Booker T vs Rob Van Dam vs Chris Jericho vs Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Point 1- This created one of the most insane and most popular style matches in the WWE. It became so popular that they made a DVD of the history of the Elimination Chamber matches. It also got its own Pay Per View. So this match alone created a part of the future for the WWE.
Point 2- It gave Shawn Michaels his very last World Championship in the WWE marking his comeback to the WWE after a 5 year absence. It was good for Shawn to have that one last hurrah so to say.

The Rock vs Mankind.. Survivor Series '98..
the Rock turns heel, and wins the WWF World Heavyweight title..
Fourteen professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's card, a noticeably higher number than most pay-per-view events because the main focus of the card was a tournament for the vacant WWF Championship titled Deadly Game. It was the first tournament held with the WWF Championship on the line in ten years, the last being at WrestleMania IV.
This tournament was a sick way of McMahon guarding the world title!

Interesting, that was a memorable PPV. I remember I couldnt beleive it when Rock joined the Corporation and made for a good storyline in the upcoming months. Good pick.
My final match for Survivor Series is.....
Bret Hart vs Stone Cold Steve Austin at Survivor Series 1996
This marked the very first battle in this feud of two future Hall of Famers. If you recall it was Stone Cold to called out Bret Hart out of retirement to face him. Bret accepted the match and the two sparked a fierce rivalry for quite sometime ulitmately leading to one of the greatest matches of all time..Bret Hart vs Steve Austin at Wrestlemania in the submission match.
The match itself was back and forth and was a great technical wrestling match. At the time I was suprised how well Austin kept up with Bret move for move.
This was definately one of the most memorable ones of all time.
