I got.

Cowboys

24-20

Cowboys 24-10

Say what you want about the Cowboys, but they are the only team in the NFL ranked top 5 in both offense and defense through the first two weeks of the season (#4 in both), even with a seemingly insurmountable number of injuries on both sides of the ball and two road games.

The Redskins? 11th offense 11th defense

Romo with broken ribs and a punctured lung is still superior to Rex Grossman. Tony threw for more than 340 against both the Jets and 49ers. New York strength is supposed to be the best secondary in the NFL while San Fran is well regarded in that area as well.

The Skins allow 6.1 yards per play and haven't faced an offense as potent as Dallas yet. Dallas? 4.8

Dallas leads the NFL in sacks with 10 facing two teams built to run the ball with powerful offensive lines. Grossman will have a tough time throwing the ball with Mr. Ware in his face all day. The Cowboys are also 2nd in the NFL in rush defense. Making that more impressive is they've faced the Jets and 49ers, two offenses built around the run. Washington can't match the run game of either of those teams.

If you can't run, and you can't pass, you can't score on offense.

Nice to see yah there, CCC..

I think it will be closer than you expect..

Hightower>Felix Jones..

Grossman Healtheir than>Romo

London Fletcher>Keith Brooking..

I said the Cowboy's will win, but these redskins are resilient.

Miles Austin resulted in 3 td's last week, he'll have on dress clothes on the sideline.

D-Hall's talkn sh8t, and I actually believe the players on the skins believe Grossman's preseason comments, "We'll win the division".

Romo was nice last week, but lets remember, the 49'ers usually just end up look'n good on paper.

no offense..

I just can't see them going anywhere with Alex Smith or Kaepernick..

Tim Hightower is better than Felix Jones? In what alternate universe?

Hightower career YPA - 3.9
Felix Jones career YPA - 5.1

Neither has done much so far this year, but Jones did have a separated shoulder on the 6th play of last weeks game limiting him.

We'll see how 'healthy' Grossman is after meeting Mr. Ware and co. For his entire career, Grossman has been awful under pressure and Dallas brings more of it than anyone.

Bottom line is Washington is going to have a very hard time moving the ball offensively and have no answer for Bryant or Witten defensively.

Yes, Austin is likely to miss the game...however Dez Bryant is likely to return after missing last week. Bryant actually matches up better against Hall than Austin would have. The fact Dallas will be hobbled a bit on offense is why I only have them scoring 24 even though I'm expecting the Defense to account for a TD. Otherwise, match up wise, this game would be a laugher.

I'm not sure how Hall running his mouth helps the Skins cause. Why would this team believe in anything Grossman says? He barely won the starting job at the very end of preseason and is at risk to be replaced at any time.

I hope someone on the Cowboys stiff-arms the **** out of DeAngelo Hall and knocks him on his ass.

Running his mouth probably wasn't a smart idea, but nobody ever accused Hall of being particularly smart. I'm assuming Dez Bryant is going to play...if Hall wants physical, he's going to get more than he's bargaining for from the much bigger, stronger, more athletic Bryant.

I'm guessing everybody on the Cowboys roster has deAngela's name on their hit list. And you can bet that Jason Garrett and Tony Romo have been dialing up some special plays aimed in hall's direction.

Lots of players in the NFL will target injured players, everyone knows that, it's an un-talked about part of the game. But only an idiot would tell the media that they were going to do that.

Bryant vs. Hall is such a mis-match this was a given anyhow. I expect to see Hall tossed around like a rag doll on several quick outs and slants to Dez. 10 catches 150 yards. Hall is probably the most over rated corner in the game as it is, Bryant will expose that on national television if he's anything close to healthy.

Hightower>Jones?Grossman>Romo?Wrong on both counts, even if Rex is healthier than Tony.---------------->

I'm greatly looking forward to that classic "Grossman look" the first time Demarcus comes free up the middle unblocked...There is a reason Rex has started a grand total of 4 games over the last 3 years and has a lower career passer rating than Tavaris Jackson...he sucks. But he really sucks when he's under pressure.

You don't think that DeMarcus Ware would be trying to "target" rex's ribs do you, LOL!!!

Nah. I don't think Ware really cares which part(s) of Grossman he breaks. :)

I actually have to lean left for now.

If JJ was had a brain, he'd sit out his franchise QB, it's only the 3rd game and the NFC East is not as strong as it use to be.

IMO PCH's prediction is closer to where I imagine this game to end, except with the Skins winning it.

Good TD, will check this out in the afternoon....

Cowboys-Redskins games are almost never blowouts, unless Jason Campbell is the QB (lol).

There is nothing leading me to believe it will be 24-10 Cowboyswith BOTH Miles and Dez missing the game. Literally, the Cowboys WRs available are a reality show winner (Holley), an unproven rookie (Harris), and a serviceable, but not great, 3rd year player (Ogletree).

The Cowboys had to drop CB Bryan McCann to get another receiver, and even then, all they could get was Laurent Robinson. God, where is TO when you need him?

Back to my point, with all of the injuries, plus the fact that Witten and Romo will both be playing through pain, the Cowboys won't score alot of points. I still have them winning, but just barely.

Cowboys, 13-10.

Anything can happen, and often does when Skins play 'Boys.

What's the over/under on Giant's faking injuries vs the Philadelphia Eagles offense?
