Giants over Cowboys
Giants have allowed fewer points than the Cowboys and also scored more points than the Cowboys. Those are the two most important things to winning.
But the main reason the Giants will win the division is because they have a QB who doesn't cost his team points or give the other team free points.
He has already cost the Cowboys two wins. Against the Jets he fumbled trying to make a play when he didn;t have to. Against the Lions he was up by 27 and threw 2 pick 6's to allow them back into the game.
The Cowboys won;t make the playoffs with Romo choking away games.
Bears over Falcons
Bears already have the head to head tie breaker. That means the Falcons have to win one more game then the Bears. THey still have to play the Saints twice, Packers, Lions and Bucs in the confrence. And the Titansand Texans in the other confrence. They could easily lose all of those games.
Bears have the Bucs, Packers, Lions twice, and Chargers. Their schedule is easier from now till the end of the year since the had all their hard games early.
Titans over Steeler.
Steelers defense is not playing well and the Oline will get Ben killed.

Giants-Cowboys
If I had told you in the pre-season that two East teams sat atop the conference at 3-1, you wouldn't have guessed the 'Skins and Giants. In the long run, Rex Grossman can not lead the 'Skins to the playoffs and the Giants have too many injuries. They'll be run down near mid-season and fall apart.
The Cowboys? They gutted out a win against the 49ers and should have won Sunday. They are missing their best WR and their 2nd best is playing injured because he has to right now. Again, in the end, this team is better than the Giants and will win the division. They are just better suited.
Bears-Falcons
The Bears? Really? A Bears team that already 3rd in the division and 2 games back and still has to face Tampa, Philly, Detroit twice, San Diego, and Green Bay. I said it over and over, but last year was the Bear's year and they should have taken advantage of it then. They won't get back to that level this year.
The Falcons have a MUCH easier schedule and have better weapons offensively than the Bears. They can outscore teams and most likely will all the way to the playoffs.

I'm a Jets fan, and a pretty pessimistic one at that, but I guess the justification is that they lost 2 road games to respectable or good teams. Unfortunately, they really haven't looked good though, and I think starting 2-3 (playing at NE next week) won't be easy to climb out of.

It is so ridiculously early for this. 4 weeks from now, in the same TD, half those teams would be changed and it STILL won't come close to resembling what actually happens.
This is the same as picking baseball playoffs after 40 games. Or basketball playoffs after 20.

And neither has the Bills...who were darlings a week ago after beating NE and starting 3-0.

The Jets are 2-2, -should- be 1-3, are Behind the Bills in the division, lost their last two games by a combined 27 points, and haven't played, let alone beaten, anyone of the Patriots stature. Oh, and the one common opponent, Raiders, beat NY by 10.
But the Bills lose one close game on the road to a mediocre team so they are out of it? Pats went 14-2 last year but lost to the Browns...

I do like the Saints pick by right. It's ballsy. Yet realistic.
Green Bay Packer fans will likely throw a piss fit but that Week 1 performance only told us that a rematch is up for grabs.
