In no particular order (except the first 5)
1- Fire Caldwell: Seriously, he needs to go and like now. Ok, no more like yesterday.
2- Fire any and all Polians: All of them, including wives, daughters, grand kids. sons. Plus Bill too.
3- Replace OC/DC with actual OC/DC: No more cardboard cut outs of Frank Reich. This team needs a new D. Co-ordinator, like a fat kid needs cake.
4- Do what they have done for the past several years: Colts should "rest their starters" except this time it should be effective Week 8.
5- Draft Andrew Luck: With the #1 pick looking more and more like a certainty. Migght as well take the best player available.
While there are ten's of other things that can/should be fixed. This is the top 5.
Care to agree or disagree? If so, bring your lunch pail, cause we gonna work this out..

Don't fire Polian. You wont find a man better.
Polian isn't just lucky to have Manning, he has built multiple championship teams. He built the Bills that went to 4 straight Super Bowls. He took the expansion Panthers to the NFC Championship game in just two years! He has won NFL Executive of the year 6 times (only two of which were with the Colts). Polian knows how to build a team.
My changes are:
1 - Replace Calwell with Marc Trestman
Trestman had great success in the NFL as an offensive coordinator before coming up to Canada to prove he can be a Head Coach (NFL teams thought he didn't have the personality to handle all the players as a Head Coach). He proved he can be a head coach, going to 3 Grey Cups in all 3 years he has been in Canada, and winning 2.
But Trestman is a great fit in Indy because of his relationship with Tony Dungy. Dungy & him are great friends, and that makes for a good combo.
2 - Go big in free agency. Try to sign both Finnegan & Landry to solve the D problems.
5 - Draft & Trade Luck
You can get potentially 3 first and a whole lot of other draft picks in this upcoming draft. Help this team now for when Manning returns.

Polian was a good GM, but now he senile and he proves it again and again and again. Polian fell into a good situation with Peyton. If not for Manning, it could have been worse.
Look at the wasted draft picks from 2007 onward;
Anthony Gonzalez, Tony Ugoh, Donald Brown, Daymeion Hughes, Jerry Hughes, Quinn Pitcock, Mike Pollack. Just to name a few.
Polian's time has passed, he needs to be replaced.
Caldwell should have been fired yesterday. Jim Tressel will probably be the replacement not a guy who can only coach up in Canada.
Trestman is not a great fit, these are not the Alouettes. This only works if Anthony Calvillo is signed by the Colts too.
The Colts going big in free-agency, it's never happened. Losing Wayne/Mathis/Saturday is big enough. Colts can't afford to throw big money around.
Draft and keep Luck. Why would you trade a franchise QB for players/picks that may or may not help you?
Might as well trade Peyton Manning for a 7th round pick in 2018.

Polian had a bad draft in 2007, but what about all the great drafts and great finds? This is the guy that has drafted or brought it Wayne, Freeney, Robert Mathis, Gary Brackett, Pierrce Garcon, Austin Collie, Dallas Clarke, Jeff Saturday, etc
Trestman is a football genius, and would be a great fit. He get a glowing recommendation from Dungy, and would be a great fit with Manning to form an offense
Also, Polian has a CFL connection, as after not being able to land a GM job in the NFL (similar situation to Trestman) he went to the CFL and built two Grey Cup winning teams in Montreal & Winnipeg
The Colts can't afford to throw around money if they draft Luck. Andrew Luck will cost upwards of $60 million, and for what? The Colts cannot afford to be paying Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck a combined $35+ million a year in a salary capped league, when only one is playing
There is no point in spending that money on Luck for him to backup Manning for 3+ years. The Colts wont be able to afford a competitive team under the salary cap with both of them
The Colts obviously have lots of holes needed to fix, and trading Luck for Herschel Walker type package can help this team, NOW!
