For the sake of arguing, I will just assume we are talking about them possibly getting better for the remainder of this season.
And my answer to that question is: No, they will not.
I see the Browns potentially going 0-7 in their final 7 games. They play Pittsburgh twice, Baltimore twice, and the Bengals once. That will be 5 losses right there. Their other two games are against Jacksonville (who beat Baltimore) and Arizona. Both the game against Jacksonville and the game against Arizona will be close, but they will most likely lose both of them.
That will put them at 3-13 for the season. Potentially 5-11. Seems like a normal, run of the mill Browns season to me.
The Browns are 30th in the league in total offense. That won't do them any good playing against the defenses of Pittsburgh and Baltimore.
Their defense is doing good this year, but if they can't score points, they won't win games.
The Browns will not get better this year. They really won't even stay the same. They will do worse than they did the first half of the season.

Well the way i love at it is that the browns well get better as the season goes along. There a young team but they have a big heart in hoping to win. Therir selfish players. They play as a team for the fans

So it appears as though the site is imploding today.
In short, the Browns are not going to win any more games this season.
That cannot be defined as "getting better". Losing more games in the second half than the first half is not better.
Their schedule is tough. They are going to lose.
Being selfish and playing for the fans doesn't get you wins. At all.
And the whole "they have heart" argument is trash. Heart doesn't put points on the board.
