The Bengals have no chance at the playoffs

the bengals are in a division with the browns, steelers and ravens. the steelers are going to win the division at this rate, browns will probably have a chance at wild card if they get wins on most of the upcoming games. heck, even the ravens are doing better. the bengals have an excellent passing game, a pretty good running game, and no defense. the closest the bengals will get to a win is if the d steps up against a sucky team like the dolphins, or, they have another high scoring game like the bengals/browns game.

still after that, it all comes down to the defense. cincy has none. they need to find a good free agent, or get a good trade. or just bail all their defense out of jail.LOL!

bottom line is: this year, the bengals have no d. they are going to keep losing until the defense steps up and actually plays good in one of the games.


Well of course they have a CHANCE.I still think they will make the playoffs,I have faith,Bengals fansdon't stop jumping off the bandwagon (i know a lot are).The bengals are a bi-polar team,they're hot,then they're not,the only reason they didn't make the playoffs last year was because they ended the season 0-3.One win,ONE WIN would have had them in the playoffs.So when the Bengals get hot watch out,they can beat anybody(except the patriots,and colts)Carson will find a way to get this done.Now is his time to step up and be a leader.And really can the bengals d get any worse?They're defense is very talented,and look for them to step up.


faith has nothing to do with it. they need talent, defense, points, and wins. it don't matter how bipolar the bengals are. their offense is great and explosive, but they need a defense to hold the oppent from scoring to win games. if the defense is bad, then the other team will get hot. then it will turn out like the bengals/browns game, like i said in the first arguement.

if you are calling me a bengals fan than you are wrong. I like the packers, colts, and the saints.
so i am not a bandwagon hopper.

The bengals stand a chance(somewhat).With a QB like Palmer he can catch fire.Maybe someone should light a fire under Lewis' butt and wake him up,time to start coaching Marvin.WHO-DEY!

I think the bengals still have a good chance at making the playofffs because the D should be able to step it up. And they have a good enough O to win them more games.The rest of there games should be able to at least win more than half of them wich would give them a good chance to at least make wildcard.

Wave the white towel, put your arms up, say uncle. The Bengals have NO CHANCE to make the playoffs. Last time I looked you either have to win your division or be one of the top teams who did not win a division to make the playoffs. The Bengals cannot win their division and do not look like a top team in the AFC. Maybe they should petition to move to the NFC, then nobody would see how bad they were till December.
