please pick my games, but change order and winners..

1. Pitt vs bengals..
seems like bengals are playing big games every week..
pitt wins.. Dalton just cant get that big win..

2. Saints beat lions..
lions are going in the wrong direction and fast..
plus saints looked awesome vs gmen last week..

3. Pack crush gmen..
only 3rd cause of packs quest for perfection..

4. Falcons beat quarterbackless texans..
its time for texans to start hurting..
no qb, no win here..

5. Resurgent dolphins beat raiders..
raiders are 1_8 in east coast time games in recent years..
plus I liked the way fins battled dallas..

6. Tebow gets a fine win over vikes..
hail tebow! Only say the word and I shall be here:)
the legacy continues..

Those were the only big games I see..
if you see another big game, just give it an honourable mention..
but I aint rebuting it..
i want to keep this at 6 predictions..
all the other games I do not care about..

If you like my order of big games..
then we will just debate predictions..

Good luck..

Texans over Falcons.

If the game was at Atlanta, I would agree with you. A hostile environment would not be a good place for a young QB making his first start. However, TJ Yates played a smart game last week. He completed 8 of 15 passes for 70 yards. Expect a lot of running the ball and high percentage passes to Arian Foster out of the backfield, short throws to TE Owen Daniels and 4-5 deep passes to Andre Johnson. During the 5 game winning streak, Foster has an NFL-best 156.6ypg from scrimmage, with 8 TD's.

Texans win, 20-16.

Raiders over Dolphins.

Miami has won 3 of their last 4, but the 3 wins were against teams that are a combined 13-20 (39.3%). Oakland is 7-4 and playing better than KC, Washington and Buffalo.

Carson Palmer is 3-1 as a starter for the Raiders and has had 2 300 yard games in his 4 starts.. Miami is 24th againsty the pass, allowing 248 ypg. I expect the Raiders to pound the defense with Michael Bush to soften them up and CP to do his thing throwing for another 300 yard game.

It will not be easy, the Dolphins have confidence, but Oakland wins another close one, 24-17.

Noice dj.. Taking major upsets takes courage..

Falcons..
here is what I expect..
you want to take an unproven QB, in texans.. Fine..
atlanta"s offense has been clicling of late..
WR Roddy (piper:) white;

17 catches, 267 yards!!! In last 2 games..

And im all about the offense baby..

I see atlanta get out to an early lead,
put up some big points on the board..
i know at some point in this game texans QB,
will have to throw the ball, and they will stop being conservative..
and im not counting on TJ yates to get the job done..
Falcons win 31_20

Fins..
dallas game made a believer out of me..
the fins are clearly doing something right..
and no offense to raiders, dallas is a better team, than silver and black..
Miami"s new stepped up defense, gives opposing teams head aches..
Matt moore, aint a roll over, he is solid..
he is building great rapport with reggie bush,
and brandon marshall, (98 plus recieving yards in 4 of 7 of moore"s starts! Stud!)

Oakland is banged up..
missing RB Darren McFadden..
Recievers have had a tough time too..

Fins win 19_17

Yates is making his first start at home.

He will hand off to Foster and like I said, the game plan will be to set him up to succeed.

17 catches for 267 yards is nice, but he did that against the Titans (13th against the pass) and Vikings (29th).

Houston is 2nd against the pass.

Moore has played well, but he is also facing a defense that seems to be playing a lot better as of late. 6 picks in the last 2 games. And the pass defense is 2nd in completion % (52.3) and 6th in ypa (6.6). Not to mention, 5th in PR (74.9) and tied for 9th in INT's (14).

Oakland has been banged up for a few weeks now and it hasn't stopped them from beating the last 3 teams they have faced, has it? Nope. They have won games on the road and they have won games at home.

MTC.

When you look at all the little little things..
you will see my logic on fins is solid..
Fins are oaklands nemisis..
fins have beaten the raiders 10 of the last 12 times since 92..
oakland has tons of pressure on them..
green bay and detroit loom in the background..
south beach is dangerous, bars are open till 4am,
and after parties go on till 6am,
and if you get lucky with a miami doll,
you finally crash at 7am..
i know from experience:)
mclains pulling a gun on some poor guy,
will hurt the team..
oakland is destined to lose..
The fact that usa today, newspaper, bicked a 3_8 miami team to beat a 7_4 black and silver, speaks volumes..

Texans are also favored to lose by usa today:)
jake delhomme, 36, is their backup..
so if yates goes down, this thing gets ugly..
texans have lost 2 QBs already, they are cursed..
ryan has alot of swagger now, and is coming off his best win of the season:)
atlanta has been playing fantastic ball, winning 4 of 5,
with only loss to a not shabby saints..

Fun td, as always dj..
i wish your raiders luck..
they lose tommorrow,
and raiders aint making the playoffs!

"Fins are oaklands nemisis..
fins have beaten the raiders 10 of the last 12 times since 92.."

And that matters very little since this is the best Raiders team since the last time they made the playoffs, in 2002.

"south beach is dangerous, bars are open till 4am"

Irrelevant.

"Texans are also favored to lose by usa today:)"

Irrelevant.

"jake delhomme, 36, is their backup..
so if yates goes down, this thing gets ugly..
texans have lost 2 QBs already, they are cursed.."

Curses? This is why you think the Falcons win?

Yates will not go down, forcing Houston to go to their 4th QB of the season.

"ryan has alot of swagger now, and is coming off his best win of the season:)"

Beating the 2-9 Vikings, 24-14 is their best win of the season? Are you serious or drinking already?

"atlanta has been playing fantastic ball, winning 4 of 5,
with only loss to a not shabby saints.."

Their best win during their streak? Detroit.

When they faced Chicago, they scored just 12 points.

When they faced the Packers, they scored just 14 points.

Houston's defense is far better than any they have faced all season.

Falcons have won 5 of 6, frogger.

I agree with all of HCF's picks, but as always, I'll wait for arguments.

Texans over Falcons is inconceivable.

Oakland has been playing a very favorable schedule lately.

They beat a Chicago team without their starting QB.
They beat a Vikings team without AP for 75% of the game.
They beat a Chargers team that is struggling, badly.

Only one team is over .500 and they were Chicago, but they didn't have their starter

QUOTE(#12):

As the Pats have as well down the stretch.

Pats haven't been struggling to beat very beatable teams though, they blow them out.

They beat Chicago without their starting QB by 5.
They beat Minny without AP by 6.
They beat a struggling SD team by 7..

Pats beat Philly by 18, only due to a game-ending TD by Philly
They beat KC by 31.
They beat the Jets by 21.
Only one of their wins was by less than 8 points.

Oakland has only 1 win this year by more than 8 points.

Big difference.

QUOTE(#13):

The Raiders did a pretty good job against the Bears defense. They moved the ball almost at will.

They scored more points outside the red zone on field goals than they got inside the red zone.

2 drives in the red zone scored. One for a 19 yard field goal, and one 3 yard run.

The other 12 points were scored on field goals, (4 of 'em), from outside the red zone.
