In no particular order - (hard to pull 10 out of 24 without repeating too many, but since you appear to have ignored Group A it made it easier...)
Greece /Russia
Russia /Czech Republic
Germany /Netherlands
Netherlands /Portugal
Spain /Italy
Italy /Croatia
England / France
France /Sweden
Poland/Russia
Croatia /Ireland

England vs sweden is a must..
england, just like the pats, are always favoured to beat sweden /eli..
its a total mind fu_k_c..
other than ibrahimovic, sweden is filled with the sunderlands and stoke city type of caliber players..
they virtually have no stars..
meanwhile england must have a good dozen players from the big 6..
we should be laying down the hammer vs these guys,
and instead, sweden usually comes away with a historic draw..
plus its always fun to see a great player like ibra on a team of nobodys..
swedens game plan?
give ibra the damn ball!
they are like that highschool basketball team,
who has a star player take 99% of the shots..
Germany vs portugal is a must, LOVE IT!
plus portugal plays similar to spain,
so its a great chance for the germans to flex their muscles..
plus plus, the germans are going to play with intensity due to their failures at munich..
all of their games are now must see games..
the same way chelski put all their eggs in one basket..
the germans lost 2 trophies to dortmund and one to the blues..
the euro cup saves their season and they know it..

Greece /Russia - Determine winner of Group A
Russia /Czech Republic - Obvious historical issues, and I think the Czechs will surprise to be in the hunt for 2nd
Germany /Netherlands - Winner takes Group B
Netherlands /Portugal - Winner takes 2nd in B (obviously, I assume Germany beats the Dutch)
Spain /Italy - This looks significantly worse with the possibility of Italy being yanked out of the tournament due to their latest match-fixing scandal, but if the Azzuri stay in and keep most of their stars, they're one of the only teams who can challenge Spain
Italy /Croatia - Winner takes 2nd in C
England / France - Always funny when Les Bleus and the Three Lions get together (owing to their historical dislike of one another), and the winner wins this group
France /Sweden - Winner takes 2nd in the group
Poland/Russia - Obvious historical issues, and Poland COULD surprise in a rather weak group so this one might actually mean something.
Croatia /Ireland - Love the Irish style, and this is the only shot they have at a win here.

no offense, but some of your choices are bad..
greece vs russia??
I dont know any greek players..
Arshavin sucks.. Ivanovic is great, but he cant win the tournament by himself as a defender!!
russia vs czech republic..
again, apart from peter cech, I dont see how this game is exciting..
poland vs russia??
do you have russian blood in you or something??
I would defend my less obvious picks.. But you chose the same ones, ha ha..
Hey, Im such a soccer nut, I will most likely try and watch every game..
But dude, ya got to got got to watch england vs sweden!

I considered putting every match from group B on the list, because they're all pretty intriguing, but decided to go with the matches that will determine who qualifies for the knockout rounds. I don't think England/Sweden is one of those matches.
As for my obscure picks, I am a world history guy, so the background of Poland/Russia appeals to me, and I had to get one in for the Irish (I'm a Scotch/Irish half-breed).

Frankly, I'm not looking forward to any games of the Euro Cup.

Sure, but sometimes the group of life (as opposed to group of death, obviously) produces the surprise team in the knockout rounds...

Left- you may have wanted to at least include the hosts of the eurocup somewhere in your top 10.
