How is this an argument?

1. If you are willing to presume that the taping of defensive signals was of any use during game play, which is in fact debatable, then wouldn't the last three games, games that the Colts won, have been influenced by this so-called "cheating?" The Patriots should have won those games then, no?

The real difference is the absence of Harrison in the regular season games, and in last year's AFC championship, an increased dome temperature (to about 86-89 degrees) combined with a team that had been ravaged by the flu through the week. Result: second half breakdown.

2. The argument you've scripted relies on ad hominems, which is a strategy that relies not on facts or logically presented argumentative evidence but rather attacks on the character or person of the opposition.
