even ballack said it was an average performance vs portugal..
that scares me..

2. Spain..
alittle disappointing..
but i like the coaches philosophy of not putting out a natural suspect striker..

3. Holland..
oh boy..
my advice..
beat portugal, tie germany, and pray thats enough..
i know they will beat portugal..

4. Italy..
if balotelli gets his head out of his butt, watch out!

5. Croatia..
tons of play makers here..
this team is dangerous with a capital D..

its an easy group, stencil these guys into the quarters..

not sold on them yet

Maybe Balotelli, didn't come out, but DiNatale sure provided a spark. And given the way Italia kept the spaniards are the heels, they should be over the dutch and spain.

How can the dutch be 3rd with no defense and losing to the Danes?

Soccer has the same problem as hockey. Too many ties and shootouts suck.

For both sports, they should just remove players from both sides until someone scores. So soccer could go from 11-on-11 to 10-on-10, 9-on-9, etc.
