I got 3.

just state.... NOTHING ELSE

Umm ok..

I will go with 2!!

Just rebute, nothing else:)

Lebron..

He'll possbly be 0-3 in the Finals.

each time, give the guy his credit, he's gotten his team there.

Lebron is what, 28?

I didn't feel like looking that up.

Anyways, lets be real. This guy is not going to go down in history as the next "woulda, coulda, shoulda".

This series isn't over against the Thunder.

obviously the Thunder get the supreme popularity vote.

If Lebron gets one this year, then yes, I say he gets 3.

Lebron "the most hated" superstar of my generation, he's got hella game, we can't take everything from 'em.

Pat Riley will cater to Lebron, if it doesn't work, something will get fixed. I hate to say it, but I could see Dwayne Wade getting traded, that's if they lose this time.

Derek Fishers got rings, Lebron will get his. haha

Its always tricky, looking into a crystal ball..
I guess 3 is feasible, I think lebron turns 28 in december..
So, yeah, realistically, Lebron could have another 12 tries at getting rings..

I personally dont think the Heat are made up of a championship material team..
The west will have a dominant and complete oklahoma, for many years.. We are probably talking about a 10 year dynasty..
The Spurs, yes, their sun is setting.. But I still think the Spurs will be a better team than Miami, for the next 2 years..
If the Celts GM can make the little adjustments, then Bauston, can be a legitimate rival in the east for the next 3 years.. I think as long as the Celts have Rondo, they will always have something to build around..
The Bulls will be a great team for another 5 years..

All 4 of these teams are more complete than the Heat..

HOWEVER..
I can totally see Lebron getting red hot in at LEAST 2 finals, and taking over the series..

But no rings this year for the Heat..
They just are not good enough this year..

Lebron gained a lot of momentum tonight, big move.

You have to think that the first home loss for OKC, these playoffs, hurt!

If the Heat can hold the 4th qtr comebacks of the Thunder, all series, Lebron will have his first title. Then you said, he's only going to have one more?

they way i'm lookn at it. The Thunder are the next best thing, and this matchup might be in the sunmer of '13 too. You gotta think, Boston's splitting up.

It would be dramatic stuff if lebron gets his first ring this year..

But i still think thunder will win this series..

You can take that to the bank!

hoping for a big turnout.

Great answer Gus.

Maybe his nickname The Chosen One actually means he's the next superstar not to get a title?

Kobe, Tim Duncan, Dirk, and a few other superstars that could stand in the way will retire soon. LeFraud should get one before he goes because he won't have to play against the best to get it. OKC is young however, and may have something to say about that. A Championship is the result of the right pieces coming together as a unit. I don't think the Heat have those pieces right now.

Zero.

Lebron had nailed it since the start "not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7," He will finish with 1...or less.

That's true- "Not 1, not 2, not 3... Not 7" definitely leaves zero in the picture.

Well, the arguments are fitting of the stupid topic. It depends on his team mates. NOBODY wins titles on their own in any team sport. Not even MJ who couldn't win jack until Pippen and friends showed up.

Well he does have two all-star teammates...

Right now he does. Does that mean he will for his entire career? You'd have to know the answer to that question before even venturing a guess at how many championship "he" will win.

Well if he can't get it done with two all-star teammates, while he is still in his prime, then I'm not sure when he will be able to.

Well, there is another team on the other side who will always have something to say about it. Just having the best player in the game doesn't necessarily mean your team will win. That is exactly the problem with using the rings argument in team sports to begin with. Lebron has been amazing this post season, even in games his team lost, but when they lose people want to point to one or two things to blame him for, specifically. The guy can score 35 with 12 boards and people will still blame HIM for the loss and come up with something like he didn't take the last shot, or he missed a couple of free throws, or he didn't score for a 6 minute time frame at some point in the 4th QTR. It's nuts. If Wade were playing anywhere close to his capabilities this post season the Heat would have coasted to the finals instead of having to fight all the way there. Can't blame Lebron for that.
