Main card only, at least two differences

Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen- The most anticipated rematch in UFC history and for good reason. Sonnen dominated the fight before getting caught in a submission in the 5th round the first go around. This time I look for Sonnen to seal the deal. We will have a new MW champion, I have Chael Sonnen via unanimous decision.

Forrest Griffin vs Tito Ortiz- Tito's last fight, and the rubber match between him and Griffin. Neither is as good as they once were, but I think Forrest has more in the tank. Forrest gets the decision.

Cung Le vs Patrick Cote- Cote's UFC return. A few years ago, I would have picked Le, but he is 40 years old now, his chin isn't as strong as it used to be, and Cote's chin hasn't been a problem. Cote's younger, has solid standup, and I think he catches Le and gets a 2nd round TKO.

Stun Gun Kim vs Demian Maia- Maia's BJJ is excellent, but I expect Stun Gun to keep the fight standing and pick Maia apart for a fairly easy decision.

Chad Mendes vs Cody McKenzie- Mendes decision

Ivan Menjivar vs Mike Easton- Easton decision

As much as I want Sonnen to win this fight I think he's bitten off a little more than he can chew here. I do believe Anderson was not 100% in their 1st meeting and I think Anderson will be fired up for this fight. On the feet Anderson will light Chael up, and finish him at some point. I thought Chael didn't look all that great aganist Bisping and he'll look even worse in this fight. Anderson Silva TKO Rd 2.

Agree on Forrest and Tito. FG UD all day. Hell, I'll be looking for that prop bet.

Have to go with the Predator over Cung. Cote has very good hands, and a solid chin. Cung's chin is very questionable and I don't think he has the power to hurt Cote. Cote probably wins by TKO in the later rounds.

I'll take Maia over Stun Gun by decision. I think Maia's standup has improved greatly and that was shown in his fight vs Mark Munoz. I thought he won that fight. On the ground I think we can safely say that Maia has the advanatge.

Mendes will kill McKennzie. Easy fight.

And lastly, I'll take Menjivar over Easton. I wasn't impressed by Easton in his fight vs Papazian. Menjivar is an expereiced veteran and trains at one of the best camps in the world. TriStar.

Anderson might not have been 100% in the first fight, but he's getting up there in age, and he makes his living as a professional fighter, I doubt he'll ever truly be 100% again.

Cracked ribs or not, Anderson's glaring weakness is takedown defense. You can't compare the Bisping fight to fighting Anderson Silva. Bisping actually has solid TDD. Sonnen is a wrestler, with a weak standup game. Bisping was a bad matchup for Sonnen, but he still got the win.

You're always saying that styles make fights, and stylistically, Sonnen has an advantage over Silva. Sonnen is easily the best wrestler at 185, and Silva still can't defend takedowns.

Silva will spend the majority of the fight on his back, and I just don't think Sonnen will get caught in a submission again.

Sonnen will have to keep the fight standing, and then Sonnen has a granite chin, so I doubt Silva can finish Sonnen standing.

Sonnen is the only fighter that has been able to get into Anderson Silva's head. Sonnen should have beat him the last go around. He'll seal the deal this go around.

I agree, styles make fights, and Sonnen has the right style to make things difficult for Anderson, which he showed in his last fight. But, Anderson will not be fighting with cracked ribs in this fight, and as a result will show better movement and will defend Sonnen's takedowns better this time around.

I know Anderson wants to finish Sonnen badly and make a statement. His recent comments about wanting to break all of Chael's teeth, his limbs, and make him see a plastic surgeon after this fight isn't he best of news for Sonnen.

We all saw how a motivated Anderson Silva fights. The last time he was this angry, he front kick KO'd Belfort.

Sonnen will land a takdedown early in the fight, but Anderson will get back to his feet, and from there he'll pick Chael apart. Chael will find it more and more difficult to take Anderson down, and at that point it will only be a matter of time.

Sure Chael has a sturdy chin, but Silva's game isn't predicated one one punch power. Its the accumulation of damage that does in his opponents.

In this fight, Sonnen will only be able to accumulate so much damage before he folds and loses.

Anderson Silva wins by TKO in rounds 2.

Maia's standup might be improved, but it's still not on the level of Stun Gun's, and he has a long way to go. I agree if the fight goes to the ground, Maia has the advantage, but standing up, Stun Gun, though he may be boring has a distinct advantage.

Kim is best known for his judo, but his kickboxing isn't bad either. Maia, though he's one of the best BJJ artists in all of MMA isn't a strong wrestler, so Kim can keep the fight standing if he chooses.

Also this is Maia's first fight at Welterweight. It's gonna take some time for Maia to adjust to the new weight class with the add weight to cut.

I could see the fight going either way, but my money is on Stun Gun Kim.

Menjivar- Easton is another fight I could see going either way. Menjivar might have more experience, but Easton isn't a rookie. And Menjivar has always seemed to struggle with fighters that have any kind of name in MMA. Easton's only loss was due to an injury.

Easton has a black belt in both BJJ and Tae Kwon Do, and I think he's a more well rounded fighter than El Salvador's favorite son.

I don't agree that Stun Gun has better standup. He's rather stiff and robotic with his striking. Maia has improved greatly in this regard, and will definitely hold his own.

I think Maia can get it to the ground. We've seen him implement decent wrestling before and we've seen his share of nice trip takedowns and throws. His throw vs Sonnen was a perfect example of Maia finding a way to get his opponent to the mat.

If Stun Gun gains top position I can easily see Maia latching onto a limb or sweeping him. We saw Condit sweep Stun Gun with ease. Maia's BJJ is on a different level than Condit.

I think Maia has enough standup and will outgrapple his way en route to a decision over Kim.

Its funny that you think Easton is the more well rounded fighter because I actually think Ivan is. Menjivar has better subs, good TDD, and solid striking. He's also a much more experienced fighter and trains at a better camp.

In his last fight, Easton struggled with Papazian, who's an average fighter, and won a lackluster majority decision.

He's going to need to step his game up to a much higher level if he wants to beat Menjivar.

I look for Menjivar to clip Easton and then sub him.

Will expand on the last two fights if my opponent has a difference.

And I only clicked submit once. Have no idea why it triple posted.

Somebody accept the other two for a draw please.

Looking forward to the rematch, I still have to side with the Spider.

I don't follow the UFC like I did when I lived in Vegas but how can ya bet against the Spider? The fella is just unbeatable.

I think Sonnen has pissed off Silva so much, that Silva is just going to destroy him out of anger. Plus, Sonnen seems to be a little too cocky for someone that has lost 11 times, with no big time wins. His ego could be his demise. I will be shocked if the fight goes more then three rounds.

The other thing about Sonnen is his lack of sportsmanship. Sure, he dominated Silva for 4.5 rounds, but a tap out is a tap out. He needs to take that fake belt he bought at Toys R Us, and realize that he lost to Silva fair and square. Being disrespectful and a jerk is only going to encourage Silva to bash Sonnen's face in even more. Should be a great fight, however long it lasts.

Great TD guys!!!!

I don't think Sonnen will have as much success this time around as in their previous fight. I think it'll be a very emotional fight for most fans but I don't see easy takedowns here.

Forrest beats Tito to end the trilogy. Hey, Tito's first win - and it was more of his heyday back then - was an extremely close one. I don't see Tito doing his old trademark gnp from the closed guard and Forrest - while lacking power - has better hands.

Cote was tremendous in his last fight, outside of the UFC. Sharp hands and improved footwork. He'll be patient and eventually catch Cung.

I really enjoy watching both Demian and Stun Gun. Stun Gun has better throws and overall judo, but Maia's BJJ will be boosted with the drop to WW. I don't know if Maia will have enough to get the submission, but he'll dominate enough on the ground for the decision. Potential fight of the night right here.

I also like Mendes and Menjivar.

Le
Maia
