These aren't predictions of who will win the awards at the end of the season, it's if the season ended today, who should win the awards.
MVP- Andrew McCutchen- The Pirates are in first place, thanks in large part to Andrew McCutchen's dominating first half. He has the best batting average in the league, and has scored 62 runs and driven in 60. 122 runs accounted for already.
Cy Young- James McDonald- The ace of the first place Pirates. He was never a candidate to start the All Star game for some reason, but statistically he has been the best pitcher in the NL. 100 strikeouts to just 31 walks with a 2.37 ERA and .97 WHIP. He's top 5 in virtually every pitching stat in the NL.
Rookie of the Year- Wade Miley- He started the season in the bullpen, but moved to the rotation due to Collmenter's struggles, and he hasn't disappointed. With Kennedy underperforming and Hudson hurt, Miley has been a big reason why the Dbacks are in the NL West hunt. An ERA of around 3. He's been the best rookie so far.
Comeback POTY- David Wright- Terrible season last season. Poor performance and injuries. He's an MVP candidate this season.

Cy young- R.A. Dickey instead of James McDonald
Dickey is the ace of the Mets, who are surprisingly above .500 this year. He has a 2.40 era, only slightly worse than McDonald, and his WHIP is slightly better, at .93. He has 123 strikeouts to only 26 walks, a 4.73 SO/BB which is better than 3.23 for McDonald. Dickey has a better WAR at 3.6 as opposed to 2.8. He also has a 12-1 record, best in the league as opposed to a 9-3 record for McDonald.
Statistically the only edge McDonald has is a better ERA, but that is very slight. Every other stat shows Dickey to be superior, and Dickey is the right choice for Cy Young.
Dickey has been amazing, and without him the Mets would be below .500 and probably around where Miami is right now. He had been the best pitcher in the NL this year, and if the season was over now would be the Cy Young.

I look for him to have a huge second half. He's too good to be bad an entire season. I'm hoping that's what happens with McCann.

The only change I have is Cy Young, you ok with just 1 or would you prefer I drop it?

It's a Homer comment, but I could make an argument for Lance Lynn over Miley.

Outlaw, I don't think you can just add up runs scored and RBI's and call it runs created. He has what, 20 homers? You can't count the RBI for himself AND the run scored and say he created 2 runs on a solo homer. Maybe I'm looking too deep into the stats, but I'd say he's around 102 (which is still good and I still agree with him as the NL MVP)

You're right. He's also only scored 58 runs, not 62.
