The Bulls at #2? Are you forgetting that D-Rose is coming off surgery and most likely will not be ready for most of the start of the season? And even when he returns, who knows if he'll be the same Derrick Rose we have grown accustomed to? He might actually be a shell of his old self, hopefully not, but with big time injuries like what he suffered, anything can happen. The Bulls aren't a bad team without Rose, but putting them at #2 is ridiculous. They will feed on the bad, non-playoff teams, but suffer when it comes to playoff teams, even against teams they would dominate on a regular basis when D-Rose is at his best.

Well yes I made a mistake placing them at 2 bc I 4got about the injury but hey no excuses the show must go on. Even with the injury it is still ridiculous to place them as a 8th seed, this team was the 1seed 2yrs in a row in the east Rose is recovering faster than expected the Bulls also have noah back 100% they still have boozer, Rip Hamilton, and Deng they will do better than 8th
Also the 76ers took a step back without Brand they have no proven PF
You have the Magic last in the east thats also crazy even if they get rid of Howard there going to be better than last. There still going to have some good role players on the team and houston would send them Kevin Martin a 20ppg guy
You also have the Hawks to high no JJ there best scorer will drop them lower than 6 to say the Nets wont pass them is obsurd the Bulls will also pass them
Pacers are also to high there good but also went backwards they have no PG on there roster Darren Collison went to the Mavs Barbosa also is a FA thats alot of pts and assists that need to be replaced

The Bulls won't have the same core. They got rid of Korver, Watson, and Brewer. Asik and Lucas may not be back. They only added Hinrich and he isn't the same as he once was. This group they have will struggle hard once the season starts but I see them making a run and barely make the playoffs. D-Rose may not be the same when he comes back and he, as well as the team will have to adjust to his return.
76ers did not take a step back. They lost Brand and Williams, but got key guys that can contribute in Young, Wright, and Harkless. They also got an originally projected lottery pick in Moultrie who's a big and will develop alongside their current big Allen. Spencer Hawes will also be healthy, making up a young, solid, and still improving core.
For the Magic, they won't win a lot of games just by shooting 3s. They got rid of Anderson who was their best shooter. They won't get a good big even by trading Howard, since Brook Lopez was their last hope and he got re-signed by the Nets and can't be traded until January.

wow I cant believe you used dorell wright in your defense of the 76ers being a 5th seed wright is not a difference maker he is a bench player on a majority of the league. young is good as welll but no star he averaged 12ppg reg. season 7ppg playoffs sorry thats not going to cut it and philly has no PF at the moment they wont be a 5th seed
The Bulls seem t be your main talking pt. but no matter what you say they will still be better than a 8th seed
Magic will not do worst than the bobcats even w\o Howard
Also you have the Pacers ahead of Boston Boston will be better next year they will be healthy at SG w\o Ray Allen, Terry will do well as a replacement also Avery Bradley will be back the celtics also improved the bench at C and PF with Fab Melo and Sullinger. The also have a top 3 PG in the NBA
The Nets will also do better than 7th for you to but them there is crazy... a healthy lopez with Dwill and JJ and Gwallace they will do better than 7th
The Raptors will also be lower especially now that calderon wants out

76ers fifth and above the Nets and Chicago.... don't know about that.
Chicago with a healthy Joakin Noah would have beaten the 76ers in the first round. People forget, it wasn't just Rose who went down but also Noah. With Noah, I think the Bulls beat Chicago and give Boston a good run (the 76ers almost beat Boston). As for the Nets, Joe Johnson is going to give them another scorer to go along with Williams. Also having Lopez for the entire season would help. I just don't see the 76ers being better then .500, so putting them fifth means the East is going to have a lot of bad teams.
