1st. make your pick
2nd. make your argument
3rd. refute your opponents pick.
sound good to you DJ?
As you can see from the top, I'm going to go with Brandon Marshall for da Bears.
If you want to pick a different division for this one, im fully open to that too.

I'll with ole Archie's boy, Peyton Manning, AFC WEST

Alright then. To match your division, I'll go with a big old hog molly. Chiefs tackle Eric Winston. You may say "Really, a tackle?!" But here's why he will have the most impact in the AFC West.
First of all, he's GOOD. I know this is a shocker right here. But this one was a head scratcher when the Texans released him since he was a major stabilizing force in the Texans dominant running game.
Secondly, just what are the Chiefs trying to do with their offense? Why run the football of course. In the offseason they signed Peyton Hillis and already have an outstanding back in Jamaal Charles coming back from an injury. And to be honest, the Chiefs struggled to open holes consistently considering they averaged a mediocre 4.2 YPC (good for 19th in the league) even though they were 4th in total carries. RBs averaged nearly five yards-per-carry when Winston was at the point of attack in 2011. Having a guy like Winston to open up holes for a potentially dominant two headed monster at RB is a huge upgrade.
Finally, no one is going to argue that the Chiefs are the best passing team in the league. I would make this point longer but the limit sucks. Winston=better protection=more time

Cheater. Bringing poor Timmy into this and saying he's not as good as Peyton... no fair because all the TT haters are going to pick you now.
But... Why Peyton isn't going to be the most impacting. Pure numbers. Wins. The Broncos were a playoff team with Tebow at the helm. That's the goal in your division purely. To make the playoffs. The Broncos already did that with Tebow at the helm (albeit was very much fluke-like) and adding Manning SHOULD result in entirely the same thing.
Because of that, if Manning leads a playoff team to the playoffs again, then what real impact does that make IN THE DIVISION? If we were talking in the AFC, or NFL, then the playoff impact may be of more consideration, but because this is strictly regarding the AFC West, then all that matters is what happens there. Because the Broncs were already a playoff team, I don't see the change of QBs being that big of a change because it will result in the same thing.
The Chiefs highlight of the season, however, was stopping the Pack. Something tells me they are hoping for something a little extra this year. I could see the ground game for the Chiefs and that leading them to contend for a WC spot=bigger change

lol
an offensive lineman, or a defensive lineman, yeah, they're important.
But Peyton Manning at helm, calling audibles, making the count, it's history.
It will be interesting to see how his neck holds up, but for a division, he's by far, a BIG frkn xfactor.
I'm not a Tebow hater, but he's left handed, and he likes to scramble. Peyton, he can stay in the pocket and throw darts.
Peyton's td's are more important than your dudes blocks. #bestbelieve
And lets not forget, there's some people that think Peyton's at the end of his road too. It's not all about Tebow. By pointing out Peyton is better than Tebow, i was just trying to make last year's playoff win relevant, and one question, what the hell do you think Peyton will do?
Austin Collie?
peyton made that boy. I look for him n decker to be a really nice combo.

You stay on the same team and argue Campbell...if the other JC can't make it behind that line, again. Marshall ain't gonna do much, if no one can get him the ball.
And I suppose that AP getting healthy in the the offseason, doesn't count as a "change", does it?

-- It wasn't really a head scratcher, they couldn't afford him.

Ugh. I have to vote between the donkeys and chefs? That's just nasty.
Vote left though as there was more content and he's right, the chefs success in the division would be more of an improvement than the donkeys getting 1st place again.
