For the Jerk who shut this down the first time, stay out of it. I think I will go with the more quiet style, dealing with each player on an individual basis is the way to go. From personal experience I liked being talked to about what to do rather than being yelled at and abused. I will go into more detail depending on how the opponent goes with their aguement....

I think that a coach should be strict. yell at his players get into their heads this way they know if they have made a bad play or mistake that they are getting yelled at for it. this way if they are pushed not to do it anymore...

I can see that, but as a former player, I always responded better to having it explained what I did and how to fix it. I'm not saying that yelling isn't acceptable, but there is no reason to get out of control with it. These guys that are playing today get it, they understand the hows and why's, but sometime need direction. Yelling for the sake of yelling only pushes them down and will cause a revolt. You can be strict without yelling.
