Who wins tonight's match?
I got the upset in Milos Raonic.
Milos is a career 1-0 against Murray.
Murray has battled with injuries of late, and as recently as last month pulled out of the Rogers Cup with an injury, right before he was suppose to play Milos for their second career match.
Murray has struggled to get to the 4th round in the US Open this year, having to play four sets over four hours, including 3 tie-breakers to beat 30th seed Lopez. He will still be tired from this match, and he did not look good in it. He had 48 unforced errors against Lopez!
Milos on the other hand made quick work of James Blake, winning 6-3, 6-0, 7-6, in under 90 minutes.
Milos, who may just have the best serve on tour, also has his serve on its best game, as he got 29 aces against Blake, and had 30 aces in each of his first two rounds as well. Murray has a total of 33 aces in his three rounds.
Milos is great on hard-courts, and is on top of his game.
Milos takes this match, then wins in the quarter-finals before losing to Roger in the Semis.

Sorry Im late dude..
My cougar/MILF, 9 years my senior, are having major probs at the moment..
So until the dust settles down, my participation on this site, will not be as reliable, as it has been in the past..
I did catch the game though..
Murray has officially made it a "BIG 4"..
Andy played some fantastic tennis at the Olympics..
If Murray can duplicate his form at the Olympics on a consistent basis..
I could EASILY see Murray winning AT LEAST 4 slams..
The Brit is 25.. Between now and 29.. The Dublane survivor has an excellent chance of bagging a slam a year..
Typically guys over 6'2 dont become true elite players..
6'2 is the magic height.. Sampras, Federer and Djoker? all 6'2.. Tall enough to serve, small enough to run well..
Raonic is 6'5.. He is too tall.. But yes.. I think Raonic will win one slam in his career..
Nadal is basically gone.. Federer only has one or 2 years left..
The Draws are going to start to open up a bit in 2 years, and Raonic should have enough talent to take advantage..
Lets do double or nothing?
I will take Roddick over Del Potro..
Roddick is inspired.. And Del Potro's game has looked abit spotty..

Milos played great, but Murray was amazing last night. He was on top of his game. Best I've ever seen him play. Milos could never even get a break point.
I'd say Murray is top 3 now, over Nadal at the moment.
Milos is still a top 15 player in the world right now, with so much of his game that needs improvement. He is still very young, and is basically top 15 because of his incredible serve. Once he improves his return game, and learns how to make on-court adjustments, he can be a top 5 hard-court player.
I'll take your double or nothing though.
Del Porto is a great hard-court player, and won the US Open in 2009.
He is a career 3-1 against Roddick.
Del Porto didn't drop a set in his 3rd round matchup, while Roddick dropped one and needed another to go to a tie-break.
Roddick's magic runs out, Del Porto advances.

Raonic just ran into a Murray, that was just too hot..
Murray used to like to paddycake the ball in rallies, and let the other guy try and take control of the rally.. Similar to Roddicks style..
But in the past 3 BIG tournaments.. Murray has realized if he wants to start beating Federer, nadal and the Djoker, then he has got to start taking big cuts at the ball.. And has been a fantastic aggressive player recently.. Its great for tennis.. I always knew Murray had the ability, it was just a question of him believing in himself to go all in..
Canada finally has a superstar in tennis.. It wont be long before he over takes all the americans in the rankings.. Something a canadien has never done before! (I dont count rebel Rusedski).. Isner? Yeah, he has shown he can beat the top guys.. But John struggles waaaay to much against lesser opponents.. And you simply can not expand that much mental and physical energy in the early rounds, best of 5..
I do think Roddick will get severely embarrassed against Djoker in the quarters..
A perfect ending to his career would be to lose to Potro in a 5th set tiebreak..
But, he wants the magic to continue and he will..

Del Porto won.
Not sure what else to say.
I guess we are both 1-1. So for a tie-break, lets do who will win it all?
I got Novak! He is playing some great tennis right now, and is a much better hard-court player than Andy Murray. Murray has looked good in many of his matches, but has struggled of late just before this tournament.
Novak against Del Porto was watching some of the best tennis I've ever seen. Novak just slaughtered a really good player. He is gonna defend his title at the US Open.

Since NFL season is on its way..
I kind of want to get the ball going here..
At first I thought there was a 51% chance djoker was going to win..
Then I was 90% sure murray would win, once he got an extra rest day..
The, after djoker crushed ferrer.. NOW I THINK DJOKER HAS A 90% Chance of winning!
Its crazy, but its good..
If Djoker does win, I promise to vote for you..
If Murray does do a great job tomorrow, I expect some love in return:)
