Bones Jones decision of not fighting Chael still erks me.
If you could pick a fighter to fight Bones Jones next, who would it be? Only catch to this, we are only choosing outta the middleweights, and minus the obvious, Anderson silva.
I won't go with Chael, cuz he's moving up to fight Forrest.

Chael Sonnen WAS a middle weight, but his next fight is at light heavyweight.
My pick is a legitimate middleweight RIGHT NOW.

Hendo's last MW fight was April 2010.
Not like it was Sept 2007 or something.
You know that date, right?
Thats the last time Vitor fought at 205.
Or how about October 2005? Thats when Sonnen was at 205 last (UFC 55 FTW!)
Hendo IS a legit middleweight, and I'm sure you love watching little guys moving up and getting beat on, Hendo is a 185 former CHAMPION who can move up and take on Jones.
Weidman's biggest win is MAIA, who is now a 170er.

Hendo's last 4 fights were at LHW and HW. Even though he's not a big guy at LHW, it's a bit cheesy calling him a MW at this point for this TD.

If anyone showed they were a warrior on Saturday, it was Bones. 98% of fighters would have tapped. Vitor even said he heard it snap. And then Bones dominated the legend with 1 arm.
His athleticism, his skill, his ground and pound and his heart were all on display. Hate him all you want, he is the best in the world at this particular time. (well, 1A is Silva, 1B is Bones, though Bones has faced much stiffer competition, imo)

I was more impressed with Jones than Vitor. Yeah catching him in a armbar was impressive, but not as impressive as getting out of it, than destroying Vitor with one arm after. Jones is the best right now, and even Silva would have a hard time getting a round from him.

It's obvious the discussion is/was supposed to be about current MWs. Hendo isn't a current MW. Peachy even qualified it and disqualified Chael since he's leaving the division.
