Browns vs Ravens? Score....

Ravens will win, obviously. However, I think this will be a little more low scoring than you predicted. I'm going to venture a 27-6 final score. Here's why I think it will be a little more low scoring.
Brandon Weeden is one of the worst quarterbacks in the league with his awful 3 TD to 6 INT ratio, and has no weapons outside of Trent Richardson. Even though the Ravens won last week, I expect their defense to come out with a lot of energy, looking to rebound from allowing 30 points last week.
The Ravens have a pretty decent run defense, which is evident from them only allowing 2.3 YPC last week against New England. With that being said, I don't think Trent Richardson will get much going behind Cleveland's mediocre o-line.
The Browns might be able to drive into field goal range a couple times, but I really doubt that Weeden&Co. will be able to stick it in the endzone against the vaunted Baltimore D.
As for the Ravens not scoring 38, I expect them to score a few times early, and then let of the gas a bit later in the game. It wouldn't surprise me if they're up 2 or 3 possessions to see rookie Bernard Pierce get some run in so he's more comfortable later in the season.

Weeden will have 1 td, and Trent Richardson will find the end zone, but will be held to under 60 yards rushing.
Browns score late to make it a 21 point deficit.

I cannot foresee a team which has the worst receiving corp, arguably the worst quarterback in the league, and practically a 2 man line (Joe Thomas and Alex Mack) being capable of putting up 17 on one of the league's best defenses.
Even though the Ravens defense hasn't been on par compared to previous seasons in terms of yardarge allowed, they have still have been great forcing turnovers (6 through 3 games). If the Browns just give away possessions like that, which they probably will given that Brandon Weeden is their starting quarterback, then they can't expect to score anywhere near 17 points.
If the Browns do turn the ball over on multiple occasions as expected, Baltimore is probably going to have a decent sized lead early, probably causing the Ravens to have a more conservative approach, which will limit the number of scoring opportunities that both the Ravens and the Browns have.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if Baltimore gives up a couple big plays to land Cleveland in scoring territory, but I simply can't see Weeden&Co. being able to punch the ball in because Baltimore's defense is simply much more talented and well coached than Cleveland's offense.

42? that requires either a shootout or everything to go right. and i really can't see that happening because if it gets bad, i don't think we'll see harbaugh purposely run up the score. itll be a rice heavy diet instead until they pull him too. if it gets real ugly id be looking more at about a 31-0 ravens.

I'll take the Browns and some points.
The Ravens have had the Bengals on Monday, the Eagles, and then the Patriots. Now they get the Browns. If there was a moment for a trap game this is it. I'm not saying the Browns will win but I think they'll keep it close.
