Georgia beats Bama!

WE have a 2 headed monster at runningback.

Our defense slamed the Yellow Jackets like Hogan did Andre.

Our secondary is strong. Jarvis Jones should be up for linebacker of the year, and I believe he is.

Sure., Alabama's a big time program, we all know, and SAban will have his boys ready, I mean, they did go last year.

Bulldogs havn't won since 1980, and our quarterback Aaron Murray, just tied Peyton Manning for td's in the conference.

Not to mention, our wide receivers are legit, and senior Tavares King, he's got a good hold on with Murray.

Bama's best wr is out, Texas A&M did beat them, there's a chance in the dome.


Well Georgia is vastly overrated coming into this game. The only 2 teams they played that were any good all season were South Carolina and Florida. S. Carolina smoked them 35-7 and Georgia needed Florida to turn the ball over 6 times in order to win a 17-9 close football game.

OVERRATED!

Guess what? Georgia is now playing a better team than either S. Carolina or Florida. A team that has a superior coach in Nick Saban. Richt craps his pants in big games. And now he's facing the best college coach in the business.

Georgia had trouble scoring against S. Carolina and Florida and now they're facing the #1 defense in the nation.

Look for Alabama to give Georgia's offensive fits and for Saban to give them all sorts of different looks. This will be somewhat of a close game, but Alabama will wear down Georgia's defense with their massive offensive line and pull away late in the 2nd half.

Alabama wins 27-17.


Overrated?

We had the game, shoulda spiked the ball.

We were on OUR 7 yard line, with 15 seconds left, down by 4.

Ricvht craps his pants in big games? Yeah, he's only won 2 of the 3 Sugar Bowls he's been in and he's won 2 of the 4 SEC Championship games he's been in. Hell, David Greene graduated as the winningest QB in NCAAF history under Richt. Murray struggles in big games, not Richt, get your facts straight.

And half the defense was just getting back from suspension in the South Carolina game and not in game shape, and the best player in the SEC, Jarvis Jones was hurt for that game. Falling behind early took away Georgia's balance on offense.

Bama might beat Georgia, but Georgia isn't overrated. Vote left because of Jim's uninformed argument..

Hoping ND (or any non-SEC team) wins the title, I hope Alabama beats Georgia. The rushing attack of either team will be slowed down to a level where it will not win them the game against ND. The Irish defense is too good for that. That leaves the air game and Georgia is better at that than Alabama. Georgia would be a tougher matchup for ND than Alabama.

Give the defense some credit for those 6 turnovers.

And Alabama has played 2 quality teams all season. One was to Texas A&M at home where they lost, the other was to LSU, where it took a comeback to win.

Florida>LSU, so UGA has a better win than Bama on the season.

And I don't get where you say Bama is better than Florida is SoS is your only metric.

Florida beat South Carolina, Texas A&M, LSU and Florida State, 4 top 15 teams and their only loss is to the now third ranked UGA.
