MVP: Aaron Rodgers
While Aaron Rodgers has had an amazing season and does have 4 more INTs than Brady, Rodgers is leading the Packers to a division lead right now while also dealing with plenty of injuries and JerMichael "Stone Hands" Finley.
Comeback Player of the Year: Adrian Peterson
I think this has to be Adrian Peterson. The thing is, he's coming back from reconstructive knee surgery and he wasn't supposed to put up numbers like he is. His carries were supposed to be limited at the start and by mid-season he was supposed to be like his normal self. Instead, he's posting some of the best yardage numbers in NFL history.
Offensive Player of the Year: Peyton Manning
30 TDs, 10 INT, leading the Broncos to the playoffs and is coming off of neck surgery and is a Comeback Player of the Year candidate. He deserves OPotY.
Defensive Player of the Year: Aldon Smith
Aldon Smith is on pace to set the sack record as he currently has 19.5 sacks and has had an amazing season. He is making the 49ers' D the dangerous force they are.
Offensive Rookie of the Year: RGIII
Defensive Rookie of the Year: Bobby Wagner
Coach of the Year: Pagano & Arians

As the MVP award is purely for the regular season, how valuable could Brady really be.
The Patriots could win that division with Vince Young at QB.

As far as the MVP goes...
Peyton Manning > Tom Brady > Aaron Rodgers

When it comes down to the MVP award, people get too caught up in the stat sheet.
It's not the best statistical performance award.
It's the Most Valuable Player.
Those are not the same thing.
