OK So we got to Throwdown the Niners-Packers game and the Falcons-Seahawks game.
I'm not Worried about the Falcons losing the last game of the year to the Buccaneers. They are still by far the better team. Seattle has had a nice run, but all good things will come to an end. The Falcons recieving core of Tony Gonzalez, Julio Jones and Rody White will prove to be to much for the hot Seattle defense. As far as the Falcons D handling the Seahawks, it starts and ends with the RB Lynch. they will put the pressure on the running game and force the rookie to make plays he can't. Seattle will hang tough but we will see the magic run come to an end this weekend.
The Packers have peaked at the right time (wild card round). Their defense is heathy, and Rodgers is on point. Niners also have a rookie QB and they've been playing flat. Green Bay may be the best team in the NFC. Rodgers will prove to be to much and the RB Harris has taken aon a bigger roll and looks good. THe Niners QB fiasco will prove to be their undoing.
All these games will be great but the Young QB run is over this weekend.

Concerns about the Falcons shouldn't shouldn't just stem from losing to the Bucs. They should stem from the fact that they lost also to the Panthers and Saints in the last half of the season and barely squeaked by the Bucs in their other game against them. Or the fact that they barely squeaked by the awful Cardinals. Or more importantly, the fact that they played only 2 playoff teams all season and none after their week 7 bye. By far the better team? Please...
My problem with the Packers is their inconsistency. They got trashed by the Giants then beat the Vikings. They barely beat a struggling Bears team, then hammered the Titans; the following week they lost to the Vikings. Colin Kaepernick is not a rookie, but he does give the 49ers the best chance to win. You're overdramatizing the QB situation in San Francisco; there is no fiasco. Harbaugh is playing the best guy.
The Falcons had the benefit of playing in the weakest division in the NFC while playing only 2 playoff teams. The Packers have done nothing of late to make me believe they can redeem their week 1 loss to the 49ers.

The Falcons sure are not in the toughest division but You should never have to apologize for your schedule. They Beat the Broncos, Redskins, Saints (still a dangerous team) and blew out the defending champion NYG.
And lets not act like the Seahawks didn't lose to any pushovers. they lost to the Dolphins, Cardinals, Rams, and Lions.
The Packers have been a bit inconsistant. Big Injuries. Woodson, Jennings, and Matthews. That would hurt any team. All TOP TOP TOP players in the league let alone their team. This was the toughest of the 4 games to pick. 49ers are a tough team but but a healthy Packers team is as dangerous as any team in the league. Not to mention they have better playoff experience on the team and in the coaching staff. And lets not forget Kaepernicks lack of protecting the ball when he runs. 7 fumbles in 9 games to go along with his 3 picks. The Packers heathy d will put plenty of pressure on him and force turnovers.

Falcons beat the Broncos and Redskins... Before their bye week.
Since then they've looked like a mediocre team with the benefit of a weak schedule.
Seahawks are hot when it matters. There is zero reason to believe they'll lose.
49ers and Packers are both pretty equal. The difference is that the Packers are inconsistent game to game. Their good game was last week.
NFC Championship game: Seahawks over 49ers...

Baltimore and Houston have no chance. Dalton had a horrendous game vs the Ravens. Don't expect the same from Manning. Houston will blitz Brady again and again he will pick them apart. Kubiak starts to panic when down and stops running the ball. I think both those teams cover their spread.
NFC is a toss up. I go with the QB with experience with Rodgers and its my team. It comes down to their pass rushers though and I don't like the match up of Newhouse vs Aldon Smith. Justin Smith won't be 100% so that helps. 49ers are stronger up front and can win.
I have Atlanta but for no good reason other than they have to get a playoff win sometime. Seattle is the hot team and could make the big game but I think it comes to an end here.
On a side note Badgers might have the OROY and DPOY. If you can't recruit with that Gary Andersen you never will be able to.

Oops Dalton played vs Houston. Still an awful game. Ravens didn't exactly look unstoppable and Luck had a bad game too. Manning will get TDs where they got FGs.

Seattle's DBs have the height and they know how to lay the smack on their opponents, will be a great hard hitting game IMO.

Seattle scares me. When looking at the field you can't tell who is a corner and who is a LB without seeing their numbers. Their corners are just as big. Losing Clemons hurts though.
