There's no doubt in my mind, the Rock lays the smacketh downeth, then drives into the sunset, yeah, on Jabroni drive.

CM Punk's time has come to an end. 400 days? crazy, but Vince was trying to pump somebody up not named Randy Orton, or John Cena.

sorry..

CM PUNK is very talented.

Word through the grapevine, a.k.a "NET", is that Brock vs Cena vs the Rock will headline 'Mania.

who knows..

But I know one thing, they didn't bring back the Rock for nothing. Paul Heyman will sh8t his pants @ the Rumble.

Oh, the Rock will lay the smacketh downeth alright BUT he won't win the title at the Rumble.

The Rock has committed to appearing in the WWE at least thru WrestleMania. He has already caused a big jump in Raw's viewers after just one appearance. NO one is demanding Rock v. Cena II and I think that would diminish what was suppose to be a special match last year

There is one more PPV after the Rumble and before Mania. The Elimination Chamber. Why not keep all the added interest the Rock is causing by screwing him out of the title at the Rumble and putting him in the Chamber match with other wrestlers that have been screwed out of the title by Punk and his alledged cohorts (The Shield).

So this is what should happen at the Rumble. The Rock has Punk beat and is about the deliver the Rock Bottom to seal the win when the Shield attacks and lays out the Rock causing a No Contest or DQ. For a diabolical twist the Shield could cause the DQ by attacking Punk. Either way Punk leaves The Rumble still the champ.

So, my answer is neither win at the Rumble!

NO one is demanding Rock v. Cena II and I think that would diminish what was suppose to be a special match last year

I don't agree. A 2nd fight won't diminish anything. Cena basically took over when the Rock went Hollywood.

Now that the Rock's back, and in stellar shape, it would be the fights of all fights. The epic sequel. Lets see that bad boy again!

So, my answer is neither win at the Rumble!

Huh?

I mean, CM punk cheats these days(paul heyman), and IF he leaves out the Rumble, champ, then that's a win win for him.

How many times has Ryback been screwed over in him n punk's recent rivalry?

The Rock's contract might be up after WrestleMania, but with the Rock coming and going like he pleases, then I see him coming back. The Rock is still capable of holding the torch, he's not the vet pushing the new sensation over. CM Punk has had a record breaking run, but the Rock's candy ass will not falter.

Your right PCHY neither is a little confusing. Please allow me to clarify.

What I mean by neither is that the title won't be changing hands at the Rumble. There will not be a clean win by either the Rock or Punk. There will be outside interference by the Shield. If Rock wins it will be by DQ and he doesn't get the belt. If Punk wins it will be either by DQ or after outside interference probably by the Shield. Either way a Punk win would be tainted by contraversey and would require a rematch either on Raw or at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Maybe both with the Shield interfering again at Raw. This would cause Rock to be put into the Chamber match were interference would supposedly be limited.

So Rock will eventually win the title just not at the Rumble. This would lead to Punk getting his rematch for the title at Mania. That match would be tbe mainevent. I think Punk has earned that!

That is the main reason I don't wanna see Rock/Cena II. It would be the main event and that screws Punk out of something he has worked hard to earn for over a year.

Punk should be in the main event of Mania this year, NOT Cena!!!!!

I disagree. Cena has been the face for a LONG time.

Yes, he's been getting screwed left and right for the title this past year, but, he's still the main man in the business..

Do I like jorts?

No

Let me clarify what "jorts" are. They are jean shorts.

Do I like free styling? NO

Cena plays better to the crowd then CM PUNK. Punk's mic skills put him over the top as an elite player, and his in-ring ability is off the chain, but Cena, not Punk, knows how to put on the biggest show. you can't go wrong with Cena main-eventing the 'Mania. He's done it like 8 times.

As far as your shield comment. I kinda of agree, but no. I think the shield will have something to do with the actual 'Rumble itself, they love to **** over Ryback. The Rock will put the 3 little jabroni's on their ass. Yeah, I'm talking about the Shield. This match has been in the making since July, you know, with CM punk pitted against the Rock. I see there's no way they screw the Rock over in this, he could be starring in Tooth Fairy 2, and seeing a lil more mooolah. haha j/k

The WWE is so thin at talent right now that 3MB wrestled twice on Raw last week losing to 2 top talents (Orton & Sheamus). So thin that Wade Barrett is teasing a match with Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat.

The main event talent is so thin that we've seen every possible match what seems like 5 or 6 times in the last year. WWE can't afford to waste the over one year push of C M Punk to the top of WWE.

Cena has his fans but a portion of WWE Universe (I can't believe I just typed that) will always boo him no matter what he does. The WWE built up Rock/Cena for a whole year before their Mania match. Now they're gonna do a 2 month build up for a rematch that could be for the title? And put Cena right back into the top spot alone again. Because after Mania Rock will be gone again for a while making movies. The WWE isn't gonna keep the title on Rock past Mania. And putting the title back on Cena just puts us back where we were two years ago. STATUS QUO!!!

I for one am sick and tired of the Status Quo.

It's well past time for a change and Punk is that change. A prolonged 4 month battle between Punk/Rock can put Punk on the top tier with Cena for good. That can't be a bad thing!

I'll get my 1st argument up later this morning.

January 11, 2013  09:15 AM ET

I may be a tad out of my element here, but isn't a little foolish to try to guess who would win a pro wrestling match? The answer is: whoever the script says. It isn't like we can asses their skill level and talent and know who will win.

Unless you are more or less just trying to gauge which would be better from a marketing perspective or something. And I'm sure I'm coming off as a jerk, but I don't mean it that way.

Seems like trying to make predictions before watching a Rocky movie. The guy who wins is whomever is supposed to win in the script

You're taking this TD way too seriously. It's just for fun! ;^D

As long as neither of us has seen the script it's just like trying to predict anything else.

It's a crap shoot. It's all just wild speculation! You can assess a skill level all ya want but until that person or team performs in the ring or on the field no one really knows how they're gonna do. But since we all see things differently it can be a lot of fun to debate what we think will happen.

On a different note. Are you really from Addis

January 11, 2013  11:27 AM ET

*Hit submit by accident. Let me try again.

Clouis, are you really from Addision, PA?

You are 100% spot on

January 11, 2013  10:58 PM ET

they both lose since wrestling is stupid.

January 12, 2013  01:27 PM ET

I think the WWE is going to give Cena a win over the Rock at Wrestlemania. Payback for his loyalty.

So my best guess is the Rock will win the title over Punk & Cena will win the Battle royal and face Cena at Wrestlemania.

It would be like debating "who killed JR". (Although the TV show Dallas is well past your time.)

That was hugh back in the day and lasted all summer if memory serves me (which at times it don't). The anticapation for the reveal in the season openner was off the charts.

January 14, 2013  03:29 PM ET

Fn is at it again! The score shows that PCHY won 4- 2 but the writing under the arguments says this TD eneded in a tie. The play-by-play only show 6 votes. Huh!? Did someone switch their vote at the last second or what............

January 14, 2013  03:31 PM ET

Now it says PCHY won. Done in by the Jorts..... :^D

January 14, 2013  03:31 PM ET

All I can say is that I knowingly went w/ the Rock. CM PUNK's annoying to me, and the Rock, he's breathing fresh air into the wwe nation.
