1. Kaepernick!
Raise your gun if you thought kicking smith to the bench was a mistake..
But kapie.. It's amazing what 180 yards rushing can do..
He puts the 49ers on his back and now everyone has a noice memory:)

2. Wilson..
Would be n??mero UNO.. But he couldn't quite get the W..
Don't worry willy..
I put a lot of the blame on Carroll..
Carroll blew 3 vital points early in the game, going for it on 4th and 1..
Peter pushed the panic button too soon..
As for willy.. Throwing for almost 400 yards.. For a rookie.. It's just fantastic..

3. Hernandez, pats freaky tatoo guy..
Gronk goes down..
But pats offense doesn't notice cause this Spanish love beast gets over 100 receiving yards..
You can not stop the half beast half gorilla arms Hernandez.. You can only hope to contain him..

4. Brady
Boringly predictably gunslinger brilliant as usual..

5. Flaccid
Don't laugh!
And don't get carried away either ha ha..
He humiliated bailey.. Not an easy thing to do..
But the broncos coach was even worse than carrol..
Dismal tactics at best..
But better than shannahan..
Honorable mention
Ray Lewis
Boy am I going to miss this guy..
Pumps his team up, like no other..

What? No love for defense or special teams? I'm going to try to make my list as different as possible.

1. Colin Kaepernick - There's no argument here. He is the MVP of the playoffs thus far.

2. Trindon Holliday - First player ever to return a Kickoff and Punt for a TD in the same playoff game? He's got to be on this list. It's not his fault Manning threw the game away. Without his 2 TDs, this game probably wouldn't have even gone to overtime.

3. Joe Flacco - For all the blame this guy takes and as many jabs as fans throw at him, he's playing out of his mind. 613 yards, 5 TDs, 0 INTs.

4. Corey Graham - 2 INTs against Peyton Manning with 1 going back for a TD. Plus, he's 6th among players for combined tackles in the playoffs.

5. Justin Tucker - Rookie kicker. Deadly accurate. 47 yards to one of the biggest victories in Ravens franchise history. Right down the middle.

Yes, I've got 3 Ravens on here. Deservedly so. Some were unsure if the Ravens could even get past the Colts. NOBODY (except Jim) gave them a chance against the red-hot Broncos.

Whilst tucker and Grahm are more refreshing than lemonade on a hot August day..

I have serious issues with flaccid as 3 and doc as 2..

Flaccid..
The broncos didn't give ANY help to champ bailey..
It was like the broncos were daring flaccid to have a big game..
So lets not get carried away..
Freeman, bucs, would have had great numbers too in that game..

Same could be said for holiday..
Whilst I appreciate he was undefeated in the regular season for tex and broncos..
He was lucky in the ravens game..
The ravens put all their defenders on one side of the pitch..
Leaving doc an alley as big as a humpback whale!!!
Come on man!!
You probably gagnham style and have a pair of mc hammer pants!

What are you on??
IM ON MY BIKE!!! (Bike meaning hungover:)
Ha ha ha

Russell Wilson played really well, especially for a rookie. However, he took 7 sacks in the playoffs, twice as many as any other QB. His inaccurate passing inability to find the endzone more than once probably would have cost the Seahawks the game against the Redskins had RG3 been healthy. Despite his brilliance in the 2nd half he didn't bother to show up for the 1st half of the game against the Falcons, and it cost Seattle.

Hernandez has 6 catches for 85 yards and 0 TDs. I'm not sure why he's even on your list.

Brady looked like Brady. Having him in your top 5 is certainly justified, but he played the Texans, who most agree were on a downhill slide. Flacco beat a team that nobody gave the Ravens a chance against. BTW, Denver was #3 in passing defense during the regular season, and Flacco burned them.

Trindon Holliday certainly deserves the #2 spot. As mentioned earlier, he did something that has NEVER been done before. Without him running back a kickoff and a punt, Manning was certain to either throw another pick or just not move the chains on 1 of those possessions, meaning the Broncos don't even take the game to OT...

I don't want to repeat myself..

But a lot of people could have taken advantage of the huge opportunities, that holiday and flaccid were presented before them..
They really were not very special..
I tip my hat to them..
But they were both very fortunate and took advantage of sloppy defense..

Wilson ?
You have to remember lynch had a bummed foot..
So all the pressure was on willy..
It took him awhile for him to feel at ease..
It was new for him..
Usually lynch gives him a couple of easy downs..
Without an effective lynch..
It was a miracle the rookie could even make it a game..
Let alone come within a couple of secs of getting the W..

I admit..
I have a massive man crush on Hernandez ha ha..
Still, it was noice when gronk went down..
Hernandez still gave us a huge physical presence..

Denver didn't allow a single QB to throw for 300 yards in the regular season. Only 1 threw for 3 or more TDs. Flacco threw for 331 yards and 3 TDs.
Also in the regular season, Baltimore's longest allowed kickoff return was 42 yards. Their longest allowed punt return was 64 yards. They didn't allow a single return for a TD. Holliday took a kickoff back 104 yards for a TD and a punt 90 yards for a TD.
Flacco and Holliday didn't "take advantage of huge opportunities." They created their own.

Peyton Manning threw 11 INTs in the regular season, less than 1 per game. Only one defender picked him off twice in the same game. Corey Graham took his first INT back for 6. His 2nd INT? That one set up Justin Tucker's game winning FG...
Admittedly, Justin Tucker is the most questionable player on my list, but let's be honest... He belongs on this list more than Hernandez (85 yards, 0 TDs? COME ON!). Tucker is a rookie that made > 90% of his FGs in the regular season. When called on to send the Ravens to the AFC Championship, he was absolutely clutch.

Without Holliday, the Broncos never get to OT. Without Flacco, Graham, and Tucker, the Ravens are watching the AFC Championship from home.

I've tried to post my final argument 5 times now. For whatever reason, it won't show up. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

For whatever reason, the site isn't allowing me to post my final argument in the designated box. I'm going to submit it here.

It finally let me post it. Apparently, the character count was over by just a bit even though it was telling me it was under 1200. I had to take out a bit of the paragraph spacing to get it to post.
