The euro cup.. Soccer.. 10/10
All 16 teams think they can win it all..
Wimpy Denmark.. And crazy Greece..
Teams with nobody's..
Heineken cup rugby..9/10
Impossible to predict the winner..
If you had a great year you won a measly 60% of your games..
If you are 2 games above .500, you have a shot at the title..
College basketball.. 6.9/10
Yes there are upsets..
But the eventual winner is usually a high seed..
Olympic hockey.. 6.85/10
One game series baby!
8 seeds can do quite well..
Champions league soccer.. 6/10
90% of the time an elite team wins..
World Cup soccer 5.8/10..
Fewer elite teams that dominate the competition..
Can't remember the last time a minnow won..
College football.. 4/10
Usually there are only 4 or 5 great teams..
It's not very competitive is it?
It's a 2 or maybe 3 race horse this year..
In a 7 game series it's hard for upsets to occur..

I'm looking at NCAA basketball.
Winning 6 one and done games, right after a major tournament?
All it takes is one guy to get hot and roll off a 7 of 10 hot streak and really hurt you. One bad shooting night and that could be your arse.
next NCAA Football
There isn't a champion!!
If you want to talk BCS.
Lets see- I have to go undefeated, and hope USC, OSU and the SEC champion loses. Sometimes twice- To even HAVE A CHANCE.
Ask Hawaii about that.
Next I have to WIN the dang game after being off for seemingly 4 months- and half my Juniors looking at NFL scouting reports and most seniors looking at how to improve their 3 cone drill time.
You are always a score away!
How many 8 seeds have beaten a 1?
get a hot goalie and its GAME ON.
