I say yes!
1. We make money selling jerseys..
2. We just expanded our fan base to Florida..
Soooo more revenue..
3. I TOLD YOU HE HAD A PLACE IN FOOTBALL HA HA..
4. Belichick is a genius..
5. Who cares if he is a bench warmer..
We got Brady y'all!!
6. We got him dirt cheap..
7. If Brady does go down..
Tebow usually wins half his games..
8. Possibly tight end replacement for gronk when he is in the hospital?
9. Belichick can play with wild cat formation!
10. He is a good way to get casual fans excited..

It's not exactly "good", as you claim, but I wouldn't say it's bad, either.
I'd say it's borderline irrelevant.
Let's face it... if Tebow plays any significant downs this season it will be because something has gone horribly wrong in New England.
Clearly, Brady is the starter and should really be the only QB taking any worthwhile snaps.
Tebow will probably be third string and might not even suit up for games. (Not sure if BB dresses three quarterbacks or just two for games)
His impact will be nonexistent-to-minimal. Unless, again, we see a catastrophic injury to Brady or something similar.
No, this isn't exactly "good".
It's just another meaningless roster move. In June.
Hold your horses, Tebow fans. Keep this in perspective.

Some QBs take awhile to develop..
Alex smith and joe flacco didn't knock them dead in their first years..
Worst case scenario is we got a shiny toy for almost nothing..
What's so bad about that?
Getting the best benchwarmer in the league?
And he just made pre season alot more exciting..
I might actually watch pre season now that tebow is going to get playing time..
This was probably the best case scenario for Tim..
He goes to New England and he won't become a distraction or a QB controversey..
He can just focus on improving..
I always knew there would be a place for Timmy!!
Bottom line is it worked out great for both parties..
And it made a boring off season alittle less boring..

I guess it's possible that Tebow could yet flourish into the second coming of Joe Montana but I don't think any of us really expect that, do we?
I mean Tebow's problem has always been his lack of accuracy and his questionable decision making, and although it remains possible that he could learn to be a smarter quarterback I think it's far enough along in the game to say that accuracy just isn't ever gonna be one of Tebow's strengths.
Both Alex Smith and Joe Flacco were already decent throwers by the time they were drafted, although Smith has a wet noodle for an arm. Tebow has never been a good thrower, and his lack of progress in that regard as a an NFL player is disconcerting.
Again, signing Tebow isn't bad. It's not. It's just not good, either. It's not a big enough deal to either be particularly helpful or hurtful.
Tebow might see some special teams plays or some gimmicky stuff on offense, but that won't add up to much.
Realistically speaking, it's a great story but it's probably gonna wind up being much ado about nothing. Much like when Tebow went to the Jets, even though Belicheck will undoubtedly be smarter than Rex Ryan in how he utilizes Tebow.

1. Great guy to have in the lockeroom..
Probably the hardest working 2nd/3rd string QB in the biz..
2. His work ethic will enhance this team..
Guys will work harder and stay out of trouble..
3. He was too talented for Canada..
He had to land somewhere in the NFL..
He will have the strangest career EVER in the NFL..
5. His one crazy year in Denver..
With all those crazy 4th quarter comebacks..
Set him up for life..
He could have easily lost half those games..
And his career is over..
But he didn't..
Guess that's all it takes in the NFL for QBs..
One good year..
And worst case scenario you are going to hang around long enough to get the pension!
6. It was a good thing for tebow..
7. Yes it was a good thing for the pats..
8. Tebow now has 2 years to improve..
9. Don't be surprised if he becomes a replacement tight end for gronk..
10. Belichick loves the guy..

His work ethic is reportedly great; I'll give you that. Not sure he's a great add for the locker room, though. Seems like some players are jealous of his attention. Also some former Jets teammates used to talk crap about him anonymously. None of that helps a locker room.
Not sure he's too talented for Canada, either. Maybe. Maybe not.
He did have a good year in Denver. He also had a completely irrelevant year in New York. Which one of those situations is most similar to his NE situation? The Jets job, clearly. Backup position, etc. His Pats career will be NOTHING like his Denver career, unless Brady and Mallett get hurt, in which case the Patriots' season will be a loss, anyway.
Obviously it was good for Tebow. Maybe not so much for the Pats, though. That's the point here. I mean if I got a job offer to play QB for the Cowboys, that'd clearly be good for me. But not for the Cowboys. Same with Tebow and the Pats, most likely.
No, still not a good thing for the Pats. It's just a thing. Not good, not bad. Just a thing.
Tebow won't be playing tight end. Pats already have Gronk and Hernandez, and they already said Tebow will be a QB.
No big deal.
