Does the nets gm not follow basketball or something?
I couldn't believe someone would take Boston's load..
I thought for sure Boston would be stuck with their dead weight..
Dude.. These guys were busted last year in Boston..
They are going to be like Beverley hills 90210, after the highschool years, where every season gets grotesquely worse and worse..
Pierce, Garnett and terry are all old and finished..
If the nets are lucky..
Best case scenario..
Is that they traded away their future to become the fifth best team in the east..
There is no way they can over take heat, pacers, bulls and the dysfunctional Knicks..
And now that they made this drastic move..
They are stuck with these guys..
Cause no one else wants them..
I can't remember a trade this bad off the top of my head..
At least when the dodgers got lousy Beckett..
They were getting 2 decent bats..
And there was always hope that Beckett going back to an easier NL job, could turn it around..
With Boston to Brooklyn..
There is no silver lining..
THIS TRADE.. Is a HORROR!
I beg you, let me take its water!

It's not a bad trade.
The new look Nets are now championship contenders, and in my opinion, have the best starting 5 in the league.
SG Joe Johnson
SF Paul Pierce
C Brook Lopez..
I don't think the Nets Gm is stooooooopid. I think he wants a title, and fast. Hopefully the Nets can stay healthy, the Heat should be a lil intimidated.

If Brooklyn wants Boston's garbage so be it..
Have fun being the fifth best team east of my house!
And for what?!
To have no future!
All those first round draft picks gone..
It was phenomenal for boston..
It didn't work for Boston..
It won't work in new Brooklyn..
Brooklyn won't have a winning team..
And Brooklyn beer su--k--cs on draft!

You have to be kidding.
Sure, Pierce is 35, and KG's 37, but have you ever heard of Veteran leadership? Nets got 3 champions, KG, Pierce, and even the "Jet's" won one.
Sure, they're getting older, but they're not fogies.
Brook Lopez is 25
D-Will is 30
Joe Johnson is 31..
Nets made a HUGE move, and they said time is "now". Isn't it all about being a title contender anyway?
If these new look Nets could stay for the most part healthy, watchout. Their gm is far from dumb, he went bold, and tried to make an instant success.

Oh and congrats about being right on Hernandez..
Looks like he pulled the trigger after all..
I still don't think the Brooklyn project will work..
And I commend Boston gm for dumping a sentimental favourite pierce..
In the biz you got to think with your head and not your heart..
Unlike the Brooklyn gm who god knows what he thought of..
He probably just wanted to sign a couple of "big names"..
But these were the wrong guys..
It will hurt Brooklyn big time..
