Guy's athletic, and has a nice jump shot from what I can remember.
Lakers need A LOT of help since Dwight headed to Houston, but Johnson's a baby step toward a competitive season. All I'm saying. I don't think he's a huge addition, or a game changer, let me make that clear.
But some one to come off the bench, and put a little bit of numbers, he's your dude.

Like you admitted in the comments it will keep them around .500
Thats not how you win in the NBA. You gotta blow it up to get better.
Kobe is getting older. Time to look for the next star.
Should have tried to go winless for wiggens.
Their inability to not compete for 1 year will be their undoping for the next 10.

SG KOBE BRYANT
SF NICK YOUNG
PF PAUL GASOL
C CHRIS KAMAN
They'll be over .500, adding Wesley Johnson isn't bad, he's young.

Young, but not great. Their other big off season move was Nick Young. Who was a back up on the Sixers. And they blow. Plus Kobe is supposed to be out the first month or so.
The move will keep them stuck in the middle.
The longer they delay hitting the reset button, the longer they will be stuck in borderline playoff contention/early round exits.
A player like Wiggins only comes around, once every decade or so. Now would have been the time to make a play on him.
Kobe's ego wouldn't allow it. The Buss family ego won't allow it.
Blow up the team. Draft that stud. Then sign players like Young and Johnson.

Don't hate on Nick Young.
Guy can do a sweet 360 layup after getting hit by the defender's body.
Young didn't have a chance with Bynum-less 6'ers.
Wesley Johnson can stroke.

Not hating. It is what it is. He is what he is.
Bottom line. For a team like the Lakers who are stuck in a bad spot. It's a bad move. At this given time at least. Dude is not a game changer nor a scrub. He's gonna help keep the Lakers stuck in a weird spot, not really help them get much better or worse. Which is what they need.
On a different note. Why'd you join the national guy likers association of America group?
