Cry me a friggin river A-Fraud..and oh yeah get used to the booing.
In fact some fan should shoot A-Rod in both knees and put him out to pasture.......saying in his interview he's doing it for his "fans".......NO ONE likes getting fooled and A-Fraud you fooled an entire generation of fans!! His entire career of #'s should be erased from the record book..like he never existed.
A-Fraud GO HOME NO ONE WANTS YOU AROUND!!!!!
You think he should be able to play while he's clearly guilty ??

When MLB players are suspended it is common for the MLBPA to issue an appeal, and until the appeal is heard and either accepted or denied, the player in question is allowed to play.
It's protocol. There is an established system already in place.
Only problem in this situation is that everyone hates ARod.
And it's understandable. I don't like the guy, either. But we have to be fair. Discrimination is wrong, and honestly at this point Rodriguez is being discriminated against.
Doesn't matter if we like ARod. He's part of the process and he "deserves" the same appeals process that every one else gets.
Matter of fact he's already getting screwed with the 211 game ban.
ARod has only been popped under MLB's drug policy once; this most recent incident involving Biogenesis.
Well, MLB said they'll suspend first time offenders 50 games. Rodriguez is a first time offender, technically speaking. He should've got 50 games.
Can't look at this through glasses tinted by ARod hate. There is a process established and under that process Rodriguez is allowed while he waits for the results of his appeal. Same as any other player.
Can't be biased.

Yeah thats why the rest of them cheaters already accepted their banishments and went to the side-lines quietly...but no..not A-Fraud cause he's clearly a victim in this instance, RIGHT ??
Its cause no one likes him thats why he's being "targeted" eh ??
GIMMIE A BREAK.
He's doing this solely for the pay-check and everyone and their dog knows it. Screw everyone as long as he gets his massive checks. Thats pure selfishness.
"matter of fact he's already getting screwed with the 211 game ban"......
WHAT ABOUT THE FANS ?? I GUESS THEY/WE DONT MATTER EH. Its just him thats getting screwed over....i'm betting you have A-Rod jersey's at home sitting in your room, right ??
The guy already admitted to using steroids before...and the investigation has said that they have "VOLUMES" of evidence against him...more than any player in their investigation.
YOU S_UCK A-FRAUD.
Under normal circumstances can someone claim "due process" but this is NOT 1 of those times.

Why would I have an A Rod jersey? I'm no Yankees fan. I have a few jerseys but they're Marlins players.
And what's wrong with being motivated by money? EVERYBODY is motivated by money. I can't hold that against Rodriguez; it would make me a hypocrite.
Also your point about A Rod's previous steroids connections is irrelevant, simply because MLB never suspended A Rod before this Biogenesis incident. Again, there is a suspension system already in place, and MLB was never able to find enough evidence to stick Rodriguez with a 50 game ban. They can't just skip steps one and two now because they've always assumed A Rod was juicing. They need some kind of evidence, and apparently A Rod's admission wasn't enough because they did not suspend him, even though the suspension policy was already in effect at the time.
At any rate, your entire argument is predicated on the notion that A Rod is perceived to be a villain and therefore we should bend the rules to stick it to him as hard as possible.
Doesn't work that way. This is America. Due process still exists, and Rodriguez should be handled with the same treatment as everybody else.
Doesn't matter he's a d%(#.
