IF, and the keyword is, "IF", Timothy Bradley beats JMM, then I believe we should see some black on black crime. Bradley vs Mayweather... Like Rampage said about Rashad a while back. lmao
Garcia vs Matthysse 2 would be a better option. Matthysse lost by a couple rounds tops on everybody's score card. Also, if it wasn't for his eye being shut, might have ended differently.
Hats off to Garcia tho, he's one helluva fighter.
I have more arguments, but I'll wait for a nibble.

You won't see Bradley vs Mayweather for two reasons. First Mayweather doesn't fight guys who don't bring a fan base and Bradley isn't exactly a box office draw. Also look at who promotes these fighters. Top Rank and Golden Boy aren't doing business with each other. That fight never happens.
Now for Garcia, is there a more worthy opponent? He just beat a guy convincingly enough to say it wasn't a fluke and showed once again his boxing ability is far better than he is given credit too. It isn't the fight I want Garcia to take but I can't really think of who else can be an opponent for Floyd right now.
Broner says he will never fight Mayweather which for me trashes this kids legacy before it starts. Khan would probably the biggest money maker if you put the fight in London but isn't deserving. The last name out there is Devon Alexander and no one is calling for that fight.
A rematch with Matthysse will be there for Garcia for awhile. If Garcia can get the Mayweather fight he has to take it. Garcia has proven in the ring he is the best 140lb fighter in the world, that is a better opponent than we usually get.

Mayweather will crush Garcia tho.
Garcia was barely holding on against an old Zab Judah.
Lets be real..
If Khan has a miracle and gets by Devon Alexander, he still isn't deserving of Mayweather. I like Alexander to probably fight him in May. Alexander was the first choice before Robert Guerrero for Mayweather. You said Floyd ONLY fights fighters with a HUGE fan base, didn't know Robert Guerrero had one. Also, Bradley, if the two sides got good some how, would bring an undefeated record, that sells! But, he does have a huge challenge in JMM>

Forget Bradley. Like I said, he is with Top Rank and Top Rank will never do business with Floyd.
Alexander wasn't the first choice for Floyd, he was used as leverage to get Guerrero to take a better deal. Alexander was never going to be the opponent, need to learn the business side of boxing to understand why they float names out. Guerrero is of Mexican decent and brings a crowd in SoCal. That fight was also one of Floyd's lower PPV numbers in recent years.
Mayweather will crush anyone from 140 to 154 at the moment. Here are the list of possible opponents: Lara, Pac, Bradley, Alexander, khan and Garcia. Toss out the Top Rank guys in Bradley, Pac and Lara right now, it ain't happening. That leaves Garcia or the Khan vs Alexander winner.
Khan is probably the most viable because he brings in the money but he has to win, that fight is 50-50. Alexander lets face it needed to rob Matthysse and Kotelnik to get wins. Garcia had to withstand a late push by Zab but at least he won the fight cleanly. Right now he is the champion of his division, that is more than anyone else can say. This way Floyd can say he has fought the best from 140 to 154 and beat them all.

All I gotta say, is you agreed Garcia would get crushed.
Plain and simple, If Floyd fights Khan, I'm boycotting that ppv. Khan's win over Zab was suspect. I'd like to see a ****'n rematch to that.
Garcia's good, but he needs to stay @ 140.

Khan's win over Zab wasn't suspect all. Khan came out and won ever round and had Zab all bloodied before he stopped in the 5th. Don't know what you are talking about there.
I don't want to see him fight Khan either but if beats Alexander that is the money fight. All you have said here is you don't want him to fight Khan or Garcia but haven't named one opponent that is viable. Who do want?
Garcia is going to move up and why not? He has shown he is the best at 140. There isn't much left for him there except maybe Mike Alvarado but again the promotion problems prevent that. Garcia is the unquestioned king of 140, time to move up and take on bigger names.
The reason I say Garcia is the best option because he has earned it. He is the best fighter at 140 and after he moves up he will be one of the best fighters at 147. I think he can beat both Khan and Alexander. Give Bradley all he could handle and even give a good fight to a faded Pac. JMM is still too sharp.
I would say for Floyd to fight JMM again because I think he has grown into 147 better now but no one wants to see that. Garcia is the best choice.
