HCF's list:
1. Van persie
2. Suarez
3. Rooney
4. Aguero
5. Dzeko
6. Soldado
7. Sturridge
8. Chamberlain
9. Walcott
10. Torres

My list:
1. Van Persie*
2. Suarez
3. Aguero
4. Sturridge
5. Benteke
6. Dzeko
7. Negredo
8.Michu
9. Giroud
10. Soldado

*for the lone fact arguing Suarez over him would take the entire argument, but Suarez is better

The fact you even have Torres on this list is laughable. Fun fact though, Sturridge has as many goals for Liverpool in the EPL (15 in 20 Apps) as Torres has for Chelsea (15 in 87). What is the difference between the two? Oh about 38 million pounds...

I will admit Suarez creates more for his team than van persie..
But persie is a better finisher and is more of a pure striker..

Rooney is tearing up the league this year..
I can't believe you don't have him on this list..
I know moyes is trying to use him as a set up man to persie..
But Rooney will score plenty of goals..
He's definitely top 10 material..
Why else did mouhrino want him soo bad?

I'd rather have chamberlain or Walcott, (both similar players), over giroud..
Walcott and chamberlain have the best pace in the league..
You can't teach pace..
Giroud is an ok player but not top 10..
Arsenal only need giroud for tap ins..
Giroud scores very few goals by himself..

When Torres first moved to Chelsea he was rubbish..
But now that he is getting first team action..
He has turned into a better player..

All of Rooney's goals have come from set pieces. I did make a mistake leaving him off the top 10 entirely (I originally thought I had him at 6, but went to bump him down and forgot to put him back on), but he is not top 5. He is too slow to create on his own, and is declining quickly. He is the next Torres, declining at a young age after peaking and being over worked and getting injured all the time.

Giroud doesn't create his own goals often, but he still has a finishing ability. Though I am the same one that said he was garbage and Arsenal's weakness when we TD a few weeks ago. I don't know what I was thinking, you are right. He sucks.

Torres has no goals this season. He had 8 in 36 appearances in the Premier league last year. He has been washed up since 2011. He wasn't even good in his final year with Liverpool. He is done.

You not including Negredo or Michu though is your downfall. Negredo was 4th in La Liga in goals last year, with 25 (more than Soldado), and had 31 total goals last year in only 42 app. Meanwhile Michu scored 18 in the EPL last year, with no help around him. These two are for sure top 10.

I'm just not a huge Swansea Michu fan..
He reminds me too much of Toni, big and slow..
I really don't like michu's style of play, he drifts in and out too much for a striker..

We both agree giroud sucks ha ha..

With Torres.. People said the same thing about Michael Owen being washed up..
Owen then went on to have some success at man united..
When Torres first went to Chelsea he was horrible..
But he started to find his form last year in the UEFA cup, scoring alot of goals in that competition..
Mark my word Torres will be an improved man this year..

You are being too hard on rooney..
Maybe he has turned into less of a pure striker since van persie arrived..
But he is one of the best passers in the league and is still an excellent finisher..

Swansea sucks, so you shouldn't be a fan. No one should be a fan of Swansea. But, that is what makes Michu so much more impressive. He does it by himself, and is a top scorer in the league. His style may not be pretty to watch or entertaining, but it is effective.

Giroud is trying to prove both you and me wrong this season...

Owens scored 5 goals with Man U, and was mostly used as a sub against weak opponents. He had no success. Besides, Owens and Torres are not similar in anyway, besides dominating at Liverpool and then sucking once they left. I know you have a man-crush on Torres, but face the facts, he is done.

Rooney simply can't create on his own. He needs someone to do most of the work for him. His injuries over the years have slowed him.

I'm out of ammo..

I read a rumour (in the Daily Mail, so it take with a grain of salt) that Super Mario is heading back to the EPL for only 12 million pounds in January. Apparently Milan has already had enough of Balotelli and he has had enough of the racism.

But what caught me off guard is that only two teams want him or would pay the fee...Arsenal and Liverpool!

I would love him in Liverpool! And at only 12 million pounds, that is a ridiculous cheap rate for his talent. But I think the Daily Mail is out to lunch on this one, as I don't see where he fits. Sturridge is the teams striker, and they have Suarez on the wing. Add Mario to that, and that is lethal. But one problem, he has no where to play. I do not believe he can play the wing, and neither can Sturridge. Plus, although I'd like an upgrade over Moses, Moses is a good fit on the right wing position, opposite of Suarez.

I would like Liverpool to target Mata. I don't know what the hell Mourinho is doing with Mata, not even dressing their best player, but he looks like he is on his way out (and almost dealt at the transfer deadline at the start of the month). Mata added to an attacking position with Coutinho, and the three guys Liverpool has up front already, and then Gerrard and Lucas finishing the midfield...that would be amazing.

However, I fear Mario going to Arsenal. They already got my favourite player, Ozil, and I believe that move is gonna help them win the league, but if they get Mario to fill their one hole with one of the best players in the world...wow that would be scary.

For the good of the game, I wanna see Mario with the Gunners and Mata with the Reds.

7th? And arsenal winning? Ozil was a great addition and Ramsey is a beast but they'll sneak in at 4th or 3rd at best, it's what they do. They need to get a top class finisher before they are taken seriously

September 30, 2013  01:00 AM ET

1. Rvp
2. Suarez
3. Rooney
4. Hazard ( I just threw up a little)

7th is probably way to low, but they look so bad this early. And Moses seems lost

He is over the hill. Gonna have a quick and rapid decline. Luck for him, he can still pass better than most strikers.

Wow..
Balotelli to the gooners..
That would be the piece we are missing to put us over the top..
But..
I have a feeling super Mario stays in Italy..

He does play the wing sometimes. But he plays an attacking mid position way too much to be considered a top 10 winger
