easy pick for me..
Love Jared Allen..
AP's the reigning MVP, but they suck bad.
Josh Freeman is NOT the answer. lol
You would think they could put a qb with A.P., but they havn't. Christian Ponder was drafted too high, and Josh Freeman's worth two pennies, not 3 million dollars. Not to mention, last MNF was absolutely horrible.

They are 0-6 and have scored only 87 points all year. The only team worse is the Jaguars.
They have only 9 touchdowns.
In short, they are horrendous, and are the worst team other than the Jaguars.
Minnesota at least has a few bright spots, plus they beat the Steelers.

The Buccaneers have a few bright spots as well.
Josh Freeman started the massacre that is known as Tampa Bay.
Vincent Jackson is a playmaker..
Glennon has found him the past couple weeks. I think Glennon will be alright.
Minnesota's 29th in passing defense..
Tampa Bay you ask, 18th...
Minnesota's 14th in rushing defense...
Tampa Bay... [/b]5th[/b], ahead of the dreaded Seahawks @ 6.
Also, Tampa Bay has struggled on offense, you're right, but come on, they have a frkn rookie qb, and Freeman's throwing for 38 % completion rate for the Vikes, he started the first 3 for the Bucs. Just because the Bucs have no wins, and the Vikes have 1, doesn't make this an easy vote towards right. Also, the Bucs are BARELY behind the Vikes in the two offensive categories.

Josh Freeman is better than whatever scrub idiot that the Bucs are going to be starting now.
It's really not even close. The Buccaneers and Jaguars are the clear two worst teams in the league. Since the Jaguars are not allowed to be used, that leaves only one option.
The Vikings have the best running back in the league. They beat the Steelers. Who have the Buccaneers beat? Nobody.
The Buccaneers don't have anything good. Their towel boy is 3rd string. Their trainer is using a Fisher Price stethoscope.

You keep saying the Vikes beat the Steelers, like that's some GREAT accomplishment.
it's def. not.
Sorry Steeler fans, but they suck too.
I don't care that the Vikes have A.P., the Giants who were winless coming into MNF, kept him in check, 26 yards rushing to be exact.
Josh Freeman is not much better than Glennon.
Glennon in the last two games, he had a qb rating of 90.7 against the Falcons, lost by a td in ATL.. Against Philly, he had a qb rating of 84.7, and lost by 11. It's not Glennon's fault Nick Foles went off.
Tampa Bay has a better defense than Minnesota. I guarantee that by the end of the season, Tampa Bay will surpass Minnesota in the offensive categories. Glennon is on the rise.
give the rookie qb a break.
Unless Christian Ponder, or Josh freeman comeback like Jesus Christ, that the only way I will think different.
Tampa Bay's 5th ranked rushing defense is better than Seattle's @ the moment. That speaks volumes. It's said your defense is the lonely win against the almight Steelers, or so you think. lmao

The Steelers don't suck. They started slow and couldn't deal with some early injuries. They are coming back now, having won their last 2 games. Their defense is still excellent, and the Vikings were able to exploit it.
Point is, the Vikings have won a game. The Buccaneers haven't. Statistically speaking, that automatically makes the Vikings the better team.
Ponder > Freeman, and will be better upon his return.
Of course AP didn't play so well last week. Maybe it's because his kid just got beat to death by his baby mama's psycho boyfriend.
No matter how you slice it, the Vikings upside is bigger than the Buccaneers', and their strengths are greater.
Vikings > Buccaneers.
