If anyone is remotely intelligent they would agree with me..
Big papi is having one of the greatest if not the greatest World Series ever..
11 for 15 and a ton of walks..
This guy is like a 33er that is constantly dating 18er women..
He is just unstoppable..

The only problem is that if the Red Sox lose..
Then we get massive confusion..
In rugby, often times the man of the match award goes to a person on the losing team, if his performance was heroic..
In soccer, if its a tie, they have to give the award to somebody, don't they?

If Goldman Sachs, (wacha:) has another strong outing, he would probably be the best cardinal..
But even wacha doesn't come close to Ortiz..

It's an interesting debate..
But sometimes the loser has the best man..

Hopefully the Red Sox win..
Otherwise we have a massive headache..

No, you clearly weren't good enough if your team lost. Especially if they lose now with a 3-2 lead and the remaining games in Boston. Big Papi would be the Big Choker.

Give big papi a break!
He is the only Boston guy hitting right now..

i'd say yes as of now, but in order for the cards to come back, most likely wacha will have to be lights out and someone else will have to step up as well so wacha or whatever hitter gets it going would be the mvp.

Moot point.

But no, a player for the losing side shouldn't win the MVP vote. I can see situations where you might feel inclined to do so but it's bad form. The WS MVP should be a member of the winning team, in my opinion.
