REAL TITLE Top 5 dunkers of all-time?
I know we'll probably have a difference, or maybe two, so I thought I'd drop a line.
I will forfeit my 1st argument, if you keep your last simple. (3-4 sentences)

I didn't agree to the reduced third argument but as a truce of sorts I'll post a reduced first argument. One day we should do an actual three argument TD though.
1. Vince Carter
2. LeBron James
3. Michael Jordan
4. Dominique Wilkins
5. Shawn Kemp
Unusual list, I know. That's cool. All il say for now is I'm not big on rating dudes I never saw like Dr. J, especially when the footage I actually have seen of him didn't floor me.
Anyway good luck. Shouldn't be too hard to make a few changes; my list is different than what you probably expected.

1. Michael Jordan.. How many times did this guy dunk down Ewing's throat?
2. Vinsanity... "Oh, Canada", this guy made his unbelievable dunks look easy!!!! Like MJ, this UNC product could lay the funk, on this nasty DUNK.
3. Dominique Wilkens... Thunder dunks, all day. One hand bombs. Wilkens got hella extension on his, he st00d out.
4. Dr. J.... smooth operatior... dude could hang like sheet wall.
5. LBJ .... Wish this cat would face Blake Griffin heads up in a Dunk competition, save the damn event. I think he'll be top 3 when all is said and done, but he's still in his prime, I'm not going to bump him too far up the ladder. Also, being slightly critical, Lebron isn't as creative as some of these ahead of him.
Shawn Kemp did lay the sonic boom. I would def. rank him high too, just not top 5 high. I have him between the #6-#8 range.

I know popular NBA rhetoric says MJ was the best sinker ever but if were being truthful here I don't see it. The easy win attempt method called for me to Jo MJ 1, Carter 2, but that would be bullsway on my part.
Carter brought a whole new style of dunking. His **** had flair, office space style. LOTS of flair. But that's not new; Jordan had flair too.
But Carter simply reinvented the sport of dunking. His flair was flair we didn't even know existed; he had that 2014 flair way back at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Frederic Weis knows WTF I'm talking about. Pretty sure that was the genesis of posterizations.
Carter brought as much hang time as Jordan with far more creativity, far more power and ferociousness, far more flavor. Far more flair.
Carter's dunks are to Jordan's dunks what Kendrick Lamar is to the Sugarhill Gang.
Carter's dunks are to Jordan's dunks what the ipod is to the the eight track player.
Carter took Jordan's **** and made it new, added some originality and pizzazz, for lack of a better word.
When did MJ ever hang off the rim using only the crook of his arm?
MJ is the GOAT as basketball in general; Carter is the GOAT at dunking.

Before I get to Carter vs Jordan, two GREAT baby blue alums.
I want to cover your pick of LBJ @ #2, to LBJ my#5.
Wait, you have Vince & LBJ over Jordan. smh a.k.a shake my head.
Alright, phek et, let me go in on this..
Lebron is a GREAT dunker, don't get me wrong, I listed him as well, but #2? No way. His dunks are insane, he gets his head band at the rim, literally, but his creativity? Not so much. How many times have we seen him do the one hand alley oop from Wade, or just the soaring one-hander on a fast break, while he's by hisself? answer TRILLIONS of TIMES....
It's not a "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZ", but it's not like Dominque, not like Michael Jordan, and damn sure ain't like Vince.
I could argue Blake Griffin, @ #5, in my LBJ spot, but he's your 2? lol
Vince vs MJ...
MJ beat 'Nique in the Dunk Competition, who did Vince beat, like Steve Franchise?
Everybody makes a big deal about Carter's dunk in the Olympics, MJ could've done something like that too. lol I mean, the guy did dunk on the Georgetown hoopsters, Mutombo n Ewing, probably a 100-200 times throughout the 90's.
Vince is my #2, so I can't bash him too hard,
