No need to worry, me & NC are like two peas in a pod.
TITLE: TOP 5 CURRENT NBA PLAYERS?
1. LBJ What a shot tonight, told G St. to hush up.
2. Slim Reaper a.k.a Durantula
3. Carmelo Anthony
4. Stephen Curry
Quit calling me out, NC. PCH KNOWS BASKETBALL, like BO KNOWS HOCKEY. j/k

I'll gladly call you out.
You again have no clue. One of these days you will learn that the NBA is not short for NBA JAM.
You have to play D-FENSE
3. CP3 - Number 1 in Assists and number 2 in Steals - the Modern Day Stockton - plus 19 points a game- oh, and he's 0.05 behind Rubio for #1 in Steals, and he's lead the NBA in BOTH APG and SPG several times. (Unlike your Josh Smith claims)
4. Kevin "Give him some" LOVE
I know I Know, if you don't have NBA TV you never see him, and I know you don't know who he is because he can't dunk from farther than 3 feet out- but he's Number 4 in scoring and Number 2 in Rebounds. - He's less than a bucket a game behind Melo, and PLAYS DEFENSE AND REBOUNDS. Plus he's leading the league in Double Doubles AND Dropping 4 dimes a game.

Lets just wipe away, from Planet earth, Carmelo's 62 point game in the "Mecca", something Michael never did.
Sure, Michael didn't play for NY, but it still stands out.
Carmelo's averaging 27 points per game!
Carmelo could be argued as the best offensive player in the game.
NO lie, no lie, no liyaaaaaahyahhhhh....key word "argued".
Yeah, he's been hit as not a "team leader", a"ball hog", and just plain and simple, look at the Knicks record, but he's a GREAT player.
He's a one in a generation scorer. I don't care that he hoists up a bunch of shots, he has confidence, and his good days out weigh his bad days by far.
Not having him in the top 5, pretty ridiculous, NC.
I like LOVE, I think he's a baller, 4 sho.
Curry should be over LOVE though. I have Curry 4th, you have 5th. If it wasn't for Lebron's "mount rushmore speeches", Curry would've beat the Heat last night, but, Lebron was trying to back up his STRONG words.
Cp3 @ 3, I mean, no. Great point guard, one of the best I've seen, but Curry, he had the Spurs kind of worrying last year before LBJ. Curry can do amazing things, create shots of his dribble, that he DOESN'T miss

Jordan did drop 62 points in NYC???
Oh, well he must just SUCK then.
Quick! Someone call ESPN and tell them Jordan isn't good anymore- I mean Lets look at what Jordan has done vs that MASSIVE 62 Drop Melo did.
Really? I bet I know one thing Jordan hasn't done at MSG- Lead a team to 12 games under 500 in a really crappy conference at the All-Star Break.
I'm not saying Melo stinks- I just need someone that does more than score, everyone on my top 5 list, does a ton more than just score- plus D. (Well other than Curry and Love, and Love is just a rebounding MADMAN, and Curry is dropping buckets and dimes like a rapper at Scores)
Melo's a great player- but top 5 just for being the new Dominique? (complete with early playoff exits) No.

I mean, NY doesn't have an awful team, but are they really supposed to get out of the 1st round, anyway?
Carmelo's robin has a shoe fetish for God's sake. J.R. Smith talented, but uh, no way you go far with him being your #2.
Chandler, can't hate on the guy, he turned out far more superior than the guy that went to my highschool, tha #1 pick, KWAMEEEEEE...
Carmelo deserves top 5. He came into the NBA with LBJ, and he's still goin'. He's feared. He's the best offensive player outside of the Slim Reaper. He's one of the best players in the world, even if he doesn't play defense.
His knack for scoring is like T-Mac in the early 2000's, just a whole different kinda of approach.
I've always called Carmelo the Ken Griffey of the NBA. Nice rant, NC. You still trying to talk to ESPN?
I'm sure they have an opened ear.

You went to high School with Kwame?
Good, he's not the most disappointing thing to come from there then.
Sorry, had to say it.
Carmelo does NOT deserve to top. Top 10? Sure.
But would you trade 2 points for ALL the rebounds that Love gets that Melo just watches?
Love also has a higher PER than Melo.
You called Melo the Ken Griffey of the NBA? I'm no Stowe, but I'm pretty sure Grif could do more than just hit singles, I bet he could catch the ball and throw it to the right base on occasion.
Melo is more like Giambi- He can do ONE thing, does it amoung the best in the NBA, but thats all you are getting. If you need someone to steal a base, breakup a double team and catch a flyball headed to row E. Call Kevin Love. Not much hits the ground when he's in the Area.
