I believe that the Red Sox will win in seven because they have pitching experience in the playoff. Josh Beckett and Curt Schilling are the two best pitchers in the playoffs right now and the Red Sox bats are hitting. Red Sox outscore the Indians 30 runs to five in the last three games. Josh Beckett is 3-0 in the playoffs with 1.75 era. The World Series MVP will be Josh Beckett.

I am not going to argue that the Sox will win, they will. But in 7? I dont think so, this series will be very lucky to get to game 6.
I dont care how impressive the run of the Rockies has been, the combination of their lack of experience in this situation, the layoff they've just gone through, and the WIDE gap in talent level, both pitching and hitting, will IMO lead to a 4-1 series that is never in doubt.

The Rockies has won 21 of their 22 games and they were on a 8 days of rest. The Red Sox will win in seven. The Rockies offense is impressive. They also have some pitching. How can you say that rockies has lack of experience, they have won all of their games this postseason. In game 3,4,and 5 Ortiz has to play first base because of the National League rule and that took some power off the redsox bats. They won't have Kevin Youklis batting in these game.

They won 21 of 22 games against the NL, which I'm sorry, if you watched the playoffs, just arent on the same level as the AL.
As far as the experience, in the NFL the playoffs arent the same as the Super Bowl. It works the same in the MLB, the playoffs arent the same as the World Series, and certainly a series in Arizona is not the same as WS games at Fenway, and there's no way for them to prepare for that atmosphere.
The DL issue certainly didnt affect the Sox against the Cards.

But don't forget It was Three years ago. Remember 2003 The Marlins didn't have the Experience in the World series and they won. In 2001, Diamondbacks were Underdogs and won the World Series. So there you go, Don't Judge by it's Experience. The new england patriots didn't have any of their experience when they face the rams and they won the Super bowl. WExperience mean Nothing. Red Sox in 7.

Game 1: Josh Beckett vs. Jeff Francis @ Boston
Game 2: Curt Schilling vs. Ubaldo Jimenez @ Boston
Game 3: Daisuke Matsuzaka vs. Josh Fogg @ Denver
Game 4: Josh Beckett vs. Aaron Cook @ Denver
Game 5: Curt Schilling vs. Jeff Francis @ Denver
Game 6: Daisuke Matsuzaka vs. Ubaldo Jimenez @ Boston
Please tell me the 3 matchups you see the Rockies winning in these 6 games, because in order to reach a game 7, thats what will have to happen.
Maybe Dice-K v. Fogg in Denver? Thats the only one I see them potentially losing. Coming up with 3 I think is grasping at straws.
