pick one active NFL player from each school in the Pac-10, which u would assemble an offense. Only caveat is that u must use one, and only 1 player from all 10 teams in the Pac-10. Serious argument, so don't accept if can't fulfill the challenge.
QB- Carson Palmer- USC
RB- Marshawn Lynch- Cal
WR- Chad Johnson- Oregon State
WR- Demetrius Williams- Oregon
TE- Alex Smith- Stanford
OL- Jonathan Ogden -UCLA
OL- Levi Jones- Arizona St.
OL- Olin Kreutz- Washington
OL- Edwin Mulitalo- Arizona
OL- Cory Withrow- Washington State

Wow. This took me a while. But hey, Oregon and Stanford were pretty impossible for me to figure out- they don't produce ANY quality professional players, offensively at least. And I can see why you had to put some guys on the list.
QB Carson Palmer USC
RB Maurice Jones Drew UCLA
WR Chad Johnson Oregon State
WR Demetrius Williams Oregon
TE Tony Gonzalez Cal
OL Olin Kreutz Washington
OL Levi Jones Arizona St
OL Edwin Mulitalo Arizona
OL Cory Withrow Washington St
OL Eric Heitman Stanford

QB- Kyle Boller (California)
RB- Reggie Bush (USC)
WR- Chad Johnson- (Oregon State)
WR- Demetrius Williams (Oregon)
TE- Todd Heap (Arizona St.)
OL- Jonathan Ogden (UCLA)
OL Eric Heitman (Stanford)
OL- Olin Kreutz (Washington)
OL- Edwin Mulitalo (Arizona)
OL- Cory Withrow (Washington State)
Heap is a better blocker than Gonzalez but just as dangerous as a receiver.
Basically my teamis stocked full of Baltimore Raven's at wide receiver, tightend, quarterback and offensive tackle. without the bizarre playcalling of Brian Billick. You gotta respect the fact that I constructed a team of players who actually play together in the NFL so they'd already have a good rapport hypothetically.
So I did a little redacting and inserted Kyle Boller as a quarterback. Carson Palmer may be a better quarterback than Boller but as we've seen from Boller in the past few weeks, he has finally progressed and has been I'd rather have Ogden, the best and most physically imposing offensive tackle of the past 20 years, protecting Boller's blindside as he does in Baltimore currently. Not to mention Ogden opening up holes for Reggie Bush to dart in and out of. His versatility makes him an invaluable piece

There is no excuse to put Boller on any list like this- he is a bust. While he has played slightly better this year, he still only has a 78.4 QB rating with 3 TDs and 2 picks.
Palmer isn't just the best current NFL QB to have played in the Pac 10; he is the best offensive player in the NFL to come from the conference. Under no circumstances should he be kept off this list- the list should be built around him!
But, you keep him off the list in lieu of Bush. Are you serious? Bush has all the potential in the world- but he hasn't done much in the NFL- a 3.6 career average per carry, 8 rushing TD's. And his receiving numbers this year are just slightly above average for a RB- 36 catches for 185 yards and a TD.
You'd have been better off with Drew on the list- A 5.6 career average per carry- 5.4 average this season- and did I mention 17 touchdowns! His receiving numbers are comparable to Bush- 16 catches for 162 yards.
Now I like your Heap pick, but do I even need to compare his numbers to Tony G? They aren't close. Tony G is one of premiere tight ends in history.
So I kept Ogden off my list- Levi Jones will do just fine- he seems to get the job done, protecting Palmer
