These are the players no one talked about that are going to have all-star seasons-

PG- TJ FORD- everybody wrote him off, but he is the key ingredient to Toronto. 33 today in OT against Bos.
OG- JOE JOHNSON- amazingly he remains under the radar despite being the most versatile player in the league. If Atlanta continues to shine, he will be an MVP candidate.
SF- DANNY GRANGER- No one thought Indiana would be worth a spit and he has them playing like east contenders.
PF- DAVID WEST- his D and glasswork are intregal to the Horns success. He can also score, with a steady mid-range.
C- CHRIS KAMAN- i dont know what this past underacheiver has been drinking but a 16.5 reb ave. is not a fluke. He had 18 in a game in which he missed the entire 3rd qt. getting stitches.

These are Ruby's under-the-radar all-stars this year. Let's see anyone do better. At the moment these players teams are a combined 9-1.

pg: brandon roy averging 19.3 him and lamarcus aldrige is a great duo with greg oden next year watch out. his assists can be higher dough only 5.3

sg: rudy **** averging 20.6 finnaly giving the grizzles another scorer other than gasol and mike miller. i dont know if the rockets miss him but his potenial has finnaly shown

sf:: marvin williams 17.7 another guy showng his potenial finnaly him and josh smith with joe johnson is a great trio

pf: lamarcus aldrige: averging 19 a game with 9 rebounds shows that him and oden are gonna go nuts next year. he had 28 on tim duncan

c: chris wilcox averging 15 a game for a bad team. he is a hustle player and can get the job done

beat that son

This TD is like a million years old.
ok, Roy is not a PG.
Rudy Gaay never played for Houston and Joe J is an all-team candidate
Marv Will is second option on the Hawks, Granger is 1st (with more ppg than Will)
West has greater numbers than Aldridge, but most importantly, hs team wins
And Kaman is having a much better season than Wilcox, statistically and in the win column as well.

first of all roy is sorta pg rudy **** was drafted by the rockets stupid and joe j is a all-star already. kaman stats will go down once brand is back. does the record matter nooooo. david west is good but aldrige has double double potenial

Gaay never played for the Rockets, idiot. He went to memphis immediately. You can't miss someone you never had, moron.
Roy is not a pg, shttbrain. never has been, never will be.
Kaman and West are both far better players than Wilcox and Aldridge.
"Does record matter??" What are you, retarded?

for this u **** mahoney record doesnt matter, under the radar kaman is known everyone knows him as the guy with weird hair. and yea who knows **** and mcgrady on same team imagine so they can miss him u retart i bet your a panthers fan or a saints fan or a bucs fan FALCCONNNS BABBYYY

Under the radar, colbert. players that dont get all-star or mVP pub

November 4, 2007  08:27 PM ET

Under my radar, I see nothing...

I guess you sunk my battleship.

November 4, 2007  08:33 PM ET

uh oh, might have to add rook Acie law to that list. 9 points in 9 minutes and Atl. has a 1st half lead over Detroit at Detroit

November 4, 2007  08:35 PM ET

It's one game, no sweat. 1 game doesn't prove much in Basketball, unless it has anything to do with the playoffs.

November 4, 2007  08:39 PM ET

It's too early for me to call this.

November 4, 2007  08:49 PM ET

damn colbert. you made me lose 3 votes by declining all late

November 4, 2007  09:41 PM ET

is someone gonna come up witha damn argument on this topic? this is the 4th person to get it. just make an under the radar team of your own.

November 4, 2007  10:11 PM ET

Way to point out some Blazers. They are sitting at 4-4 currently, so their team is winning at the moment Ruby. Rudy **** was drafted by the Rockets. Joe Johnson isn't under the radar in my opinion. Hard for an all-star to be under the radar.

November 15, 2007  05:49 PM ET

Oh, and Roy plays a lot of PG for the Blazers. I lived in Portland and still watch all their games. I would know.

November 15, 2007  05:51 PM ET

Ruby can you ever make an argument with out cussing some one out? You talk about how smart you are but your cussing is a total lack of intelligence.
Now to your again not so smart picks..Joe Johnson is no were close to being under the radar.

Kaman and TJ ford have been all over sports center this year so it is kind of hard to be again under the radar when you constantly have national press. Danny Granger is a good selection though. David West is a bum???..homer pick.

Heart break kid your guys are young so they have to be up and coming but both **** and Aldridge went high in the draft so they are no surprise. But your arguments are better and you did not start cussing at the first site of defeat.

November 15, 2007  06:13 PM ET

how about andrew bynum? 10 pts, 10 rebs, 1.3 blocks in 23 min is pretty impressive.
