The Patriots got in trouble for CHEATING! Isn't that what the Colts did Sunday night vs. the Patriots!? Of course, the Pats didn't want an investigation, but in all fairness! The Pats cheated and whammm they have been dogged all year the Colts cheated and it seems everyone wants to look the other way! Ibelieve the Colts should be punished! Maybe not to the degree the Pats did but still PUNISHED! Colts fans could never be that loud! LOL
Wbcincy said 11/08, 12:06 PM
Only if they are proven to have done it should they be punished. At this point it is just speculation. My Steelers said they did this, the Pats are saying it now, and it may well be true, but you cant start handing down punishments without proof.
Keep in mind the Patriots were accused of cheating before the time they had the camera confiscated. They werent punished until they got the proof.
Same is true here, until Colts are proven to have cheated beyond a reasonable doubt, there should be no punishment.
SI Staff Hater said 11/08, 12:15 PM
It was proven the moment it happened! if a recording is played over a speaker to amplify sound and it goes off accidentally in the fourth quarter when Tom Brady completes a 13 yard pass it is pretty evident that they were cheating! No Colts fans are going to cheer if Tom Brady completes a pass in the fourth quarter when the Pats were coming back! THEY DID CHEAT IF IT HASN'T BEEN PROVEN YET, THAT IS JUST THE LEGAL STUFF! IT WILL BE PROVEN! SOON ENOUGH!
Wbcincy said 11/08, 12:57 PM
No, Enforcer, it was not proven. The sound issue was through the telecast, not in the stadium. Kraft heard it in a luxury box, where it is being played on televisions, which is why he heard it. He wasnt sitting in the upper deck enjoying a beer when he happened to hear it.
CBS has said that it was a technical difficulty on their end. You think they're just making that up for no reason? You think they wouldnt like to be able to break with the story that it wasnt them, it was the Colts? You're right though, news agencies hate to have controversies, I'm sure they quelled it quickly to avoid all the attention that would follow.
SI Staff Hater said 11/09, 11:23 AM
im not saying if it was proven or not i said in all fairness they SHOULD get punished for cheating! You even said they should be so I WIN! cuz you agreed with me! screw what the votes say! they should be!
Wbcincy said 11/10, 08:35 PM
Yes, they should get punished for cheating...if it can be proven they cheated. You were saying as though its already been proven and the punishment should be handed down.
If your point was 'they should be punished if its proven', then it was a retarded TD, because such a generic argument would be obviously true. You did not, however, you argued they should be punished now, which is incorrect, you dont punish teams on speculation.

I think you are just eating sour grapes enforcer. You are just trying to take the heat off of the Pats.

Report Offensive CommentDon't even get me started with the communication problems between the booth the sidelines and the QB. Al Saunders was cut off from the sideline for 3 quarters during the Skins Pats game...the NFL needs to get a handle on the communication problems....quick
