I recently Challenged anyone to take me on conference vs conference.

Having gotten no takers I am just going to throw it out there

I ranked each team in each conference by number of players sent to the NBA in history-

then matched them up- Blind

Now we TD-

Also to make things easier only players that player in the NBA from 1982-2007 (the past 25 years) and match them up- meaning they had to play from the 1982 season onward- If their first year was 1960 it's ok- as long as they played 1 game in 1982. They had to have played 1 year at the school- if they transferred they can be used at both schools.

We are using Pro Stats as well-

Maryland (58 players in the NBA) VS Alabama (41)

C- Buck Willimas
PF- Joe Smith
SF- Walt Williams
SG- Steve Francis
PG- John Lucas

F - Chris Wilcox
G - Brad Davis
U- Albert King

This should be a good game

C- Much as I thought McKey was underrated in those Seattle years- have to give the edge to Buck Williams here- averaging 10 boards a game for 17 years is pretty impressive

PF- think thats you- esp if Joe Smith is suspended for signing an invalid perl papers :-)

SF- This one is hard as Wallace was improving year by year until now- but Walt was a 15+ ppg scorer his first 5 years- I think I'll give the edge to Walt only becasue Wallace seemes tohave regressed and his Sac years was not impressive.

SG- That would be a VERY interesting matchup but I'll give the edge to Spree here as well- His D would just fustrate the Hades out of the Franchise

PG- GOtta go Lucas- But he will he able to keep Stevie under control?

I thought I had a good backup at maryland but Alabama just blows it away- If I get it past halfcourt my size wins out there

Pos wize 5-3 me, I think I'd have to put Buck on MyDyess defensively and hope Lucas stays out of foul trouble.
