Jason Campbell will throw for more yards then Eli Manning this season.

Jason "The Future is Now" Campbell will pass for more yards then Eli Manning in the coming NFL season. With Moss, Cooley, Llyod, and EL the recieving corps of the Skins will put up huge numbers. With second year Offensive Coordinator Al Saunders having a season and the off season to get the offense on the same page Campbell will have a great year. He has a cannon and started 7 games last year giving him invaluable expierence. In those seven games he threw for 1297 yards in a jinky offense. No way Manning beats him.


I think that you seem to have forgotten how the dynamics of these teams. The Redskins have, hello, Clinton Portis and Ladell Betts to run the football this season. How much can you expect them to throw? Meanwhile, Eli was 11th in the league in passing yards with 3,244 yards which has a nice lead over the combo of Brunell and Campbell. Also, the Giants just lost Tiki Barber. Brandon Jacobs was a nice power runner, but don't expect to see the same emphasis that used to exist on the run. The Giants further addressed their receiving situation by adding Steve Smith to Buress, Toomer, Shockey, and even Sinore Moss (last years second round pick). Eli will have about 400 yards more.


Sinore is like 5 foot 2, he is like a mini randel el...Eli is a mediorce QB Eli had a 77.0 passer rating, the year before he had a 75.9 rating with 7 more TDs than INTs. The recieving corps of the Skins is better as a whole then that of the Giants. Don't forget they don't like their coach there either.


Now, now look at your topic question and look at what you are arguing. Campbell may yet finish with a better QB rating (even though he finished with a worse on last year). However, Eli is going to throw so many more passes that it won't matter who is going to be the most efficient passer.


You forget one thing though. Eli is a moron and couldn't lead his team out of a paper bag, Shockey is all hype no substance anymore, and Plexiglass is about to find out what happens when you go over the middle on the Skins....


Eli may not lead his team to the playoffs, but he will throw a lot of balls. I don't know how you can make a coherent case for Campbell at a variety of quarterbacking aspects. Manning had more yards per game, better completion percentage, and a higher qb rating. Combine all that with the fact that he will throw the ball about ten times more a game than Campbell. John Kitna threw for more yards than Carson Palmer, Brett Favre, Tom Brady, Philip River, etc. last year. In no way is he better than them, but his team passes more, just like Eli's will.

He might throw for more yards, but only becuse the Skins will be playing from behind ALL the time because they suck

I'll throw for more yards in my flag football league this year than Eli Manning. He just keeps getting worse. Ever notice how every time something bad happens he looks like someone ran over his dog? Not a good sign from your "team leader". What a putz.
