Brewers will be ahead of Cubs at the End

Brewers have the Rookie of the year, Ryan Braun who has been hitting like crazy for them. They are also looking to pick up Schillings. If they can pick him up and get some quality pitching, they will win a lot of games this season. Prince will just continue to drive them runs in. The Cubs are still a good team, but if the Brewers don't have many injuries they will be ahead of the Cubs.


yea you might of had the rookie of the year and might be hitting a lot of homeruns but can they win the big games can they stay consistint trough out the whole year... for example like last year were the best team in baseball next to the red soxs and at the end of the season what happen choked like every year when they actually make it all year with out choking then you can say they'll be ahead of the cubs.


You can say that the Brewers choked this year, but if I remeber so did the Cubs. Even they were to make it to the World the Series, they wouldn't win because of the curse. Its been nearly a century without your precious team winning a World Series. Milwaukee is goig to party like its 1982 when we make it all the way to World Series. The Cubs only chance to make the playoffs is by earning the Wild Card. And Braun will spend a lot of the off season working on his fielding because his errors and missed plays did hurt the Brewers. But Jenkins is gone and he won't hold them back. The pitching will find its form in key games and will result in the Brewers having a much batter season than the Cubs.


well okay you say the pitching will come around and have a beter season than the cubs well once they beat a power house then you can say there could until then you can't say there going to do beter because as i know it the cubs still got into the playoffs and you didn't even get a wild card.. tell me how your going to change that i know you talk about the rookie of the year and he going to do this and that well once you get you r pitching down and maybe win against a couple big teams you can't say your going to be beter one person ain't going to turn a team around


Nice grammar. It's hard for me to even respond to your last argument because it's hard to understand. As soon as the they play a good team and sweep them, or win two of the three games, then you'll look pretty foolish. To be a good team, you can't just pull of some good wins once and a while, it's a long season. I expect them to be at least 10 games over .500, if not more. This team was very young last year and now they know that they can put together a respectable season, anything less than a trip to World Series will be a disappointment. Then you Cub fans can go blame the curse again.

schilling signed back with the sox and if i was the brewers i would have braun working on fielding balls and cutting down on the errors, in the end i think the cubs are better than the brewers they have better bats in the lineup and there pitching is better

Their defense, or lack thereof, cost them a lot of games...according to their manager, he feels it cost them the division...they had, by far, the worst fielding IF I've seen in 30 years...
