The Cardinals will make the playoffs in my opinion. They have a stellar offense with Kurt Warner,Larry Fitzgerald,Edgerrin James, and Anquan Boldin. If you ask me,I think that the Cardinals have the 3rd best offense in the league. Now that Kurt Warner is playing very well, and Edgerrin James has found his groove,I see no reason why the Cards can't make the Playoffs. On top of all of what I have said, they have a very easy schedule. The only two teams that they really have to worry about are the Saints and the Seahawks. And with their high-powered offense I believe that they can give both of those teams a fight. You cannot forget their defense either. They are led by Adrian Wilson and Darnell Dockett, and I think that they have really kept that defense in tact.Barring any setbacks, the Cardinals will make the Playoffs,no doubt!

I would like to see the Cardinals make the playoffs and there is a huge chance they will. But right now they are currently 8th in the NFC standings. There are only six spots, but the teams in front of them are Detroit and the Redskins. Detroit has a tough schedule, but I think can stay ahead. The Redskins have an easy schedule ahead with Dallas and maybe the Giants or TB the only real obstacles. Meanwhile the Cardinals have to play the Saints, Browns, and the Seahawks who all should be healthier by the time the Cards play 'em. And does everyone seem to forget the Saints, and yes even the Eagles who have a good shot at catching or going ahead of the Cards. And Kurt Warner stellar? That luck will wear off. Their receivers are good yes, but I think overall they are suspect. A lack of experience is not a good formula for a playoff run. Next year for sure. But this year...I don't think so.

Well,it looks like no one on here agrees with me,but you do have to say that they are playing really good. They are currently on a hot streak beating the Lions and Bengals.I also think that they will beat the 49ers.Kurt Warner is currently having a pretty good season. He has 1,525YD's with 11TD's and 6INT's.I think that the Cardinals are finally happy that they have a mature QB that can lead their team to the playoffs. It seems funny how, when Warner comes in the team gets better. So far Larry Fitzgerald is playing better than ever.He is possibly the best WR in the NFC behind Terrel Owens.Anquan Boldin is also having a very productive season coming off his injury.I can also say the same for Edgerrin James too.He is far more consistent than he was last year.I guess when a team really wants to go to the playoffs, the whole team steps up.Here is an example.Leonard Pope.Who would have ever thought that he would ever be a factor in their offense.Exactly!Warner is in and he spreads the ball to all of his recievers. With the emergence of a TE,the Cardinals can now utilize their recievers like they want to.Look for the Cardinals to come locked and loaded for the playoffs.

They are playing decent against DECENT teams. but decent may not be enough to make a run. they will be good. they just don't have the experience. and Leonard Pope is very good in my opinion. he could make an impact wherever he goes in the right situation. so in my opinion, I don't see the cards making the playoffs in the situation they are in behind the other teams. this is a weird throwdown because it is a relatively objective. the cards make the playoffs. yes and why. and then no and why. so this may not be as strong as my other arguement, but i just dont see the cards making a playoff appearance.

Although I am losing big,I will have to just tell you that the Cardinals have a great team with great leaders on both sides of the ball. The fans will just have to decide if they agree with me.

Well I appreciate your sportsmanship, and agree with you. But mistakes and inexperience have plagued this team. They lose to SF in a game that should have never went to OT. Why? Because of a delay of game and a missed 32 yd field goal. And Kurt Warner fumbles it away in the end zone? In OT? And they play the Browns next week? Forget it for the Cards, I don't see it happening.

I can't think of anything other than schedule, the offense and defense are good, and the schedule isn't actually that hard...

Anthony, I was going to take this, but I didn't think I would have a good enough argument. You said exactly what I thought, only in different words. Good job.

Anthony is going to get his first win, and it is about time, much better than 0-5-1. great argument
