That's your whole argument? That you think the Skins will beat the Cowboys and that will give GB the home field? Uh, I don't think so. A lot more has to happen which I will gladly explain to you in logical and statistical terms once you expand on your argument. I don't want to use up my entire argument right off the get go, so please elaborate. I would love to hear how you believe the Packers will logically regain home field.

packers win out,and boys lose 2 of their next 4,its possible, the redskins who will be fighting for a spot at the end of the season, and philly who will as well, then they have to go to detroit and then @ carolina.
i B4 e:Happy FNversary 2 me said 11/30, 10:48 AM
The only way for the Packers to gain back home field is to end up with a better record than the Cowboys. I think you alluded to that in your second argument. Let's say that somehow, the Skins do beat the Cowboys - which they probably have the best chance to do so. There is no way Carolina will beat the Boys, heck they couldn't beat themselves. The Eagles are probably done for the season. If you honestly believe that the Lions will win you're only one of about 5 people who do. Ellis and Ware will have a field day on Kitna.
Now, how do you know the Pack will win out? While they do have a very winnable schedule, how do you know they are healthy enough to pull it off? Let's say they do win out, that still only would tie them with the Boys if the Skins win. If you don't mind, could please answer these questions since you seem to know everything?
How severe is Favre's injuries?
How severe is KGB's injury?
How severe is Woodson's injury?
Who is good enough to replace Cole?
How severe is Jolly???s injury?
How do you know Rodgers is good enough to put the team on his back in case Favre is out any length of time?
Was that the real Al Harris or did he just have a one game brain fart?

Forfeited Turn

I don't want the system to forfeit my turn so this will be my last argument. There is no way the Boys will lose to the Lions this week, so there goes your theory of them losing all of their remaining games.

ib4e, I think Dallas would actually need to lose 2 games for the Pack to get home field.
Either way, weak opening argument, vote to ib4e

Report Offensive CommentDallas-Washington might be a loss for Dallas, but who else are they going to lose to? The Eagles? I don't think the Eagles can do it. Last week against the Pats was a one-time shot. They're not going to lose to the Lions or the Panthers.

Report Offensive Commentvote to i.... I mean, yes they have a chance, but the subject is too broad. Plus they won't have homefield advantage now.

Report Offensive CommentIt's possible but not probable...still no votes for the left..however...the other dudes argument was about as silly...The real Al Harris??? How hurt is so-anso???Please!
The real is the packers finishe the season winning there division and a 1 week bye. They play Dallas for the NFC Title and instead of the ice bowl it will be the Texas bowl and GB goes to the Super bowl.
The Packers will have an advantage now and will definitely have a chip on their shoulder for that game!
Learning how to defeat Dallas is going to help GB find what it takes to beat NE....NE just appears to be a little stronger than Dallas(right now)
The packers are being prepared for the Super Bowl RIGHT NOW!!!

Report Offensive CommentWow what a genius statement. I could also argue that the Lions still have a shot at homefield if the Cowboys end the season on a 4 game losing streak and the Lions win out.
NYGiantsSBXLIICHAMPS | 11/30/07, 03:44 PM
Report Offensive CommentHow? If Detroit wins out that would leave them at 11-5, which would include a win over the Cowboys. And if somehow some apocalypse occurred to every winning NFC team, Ford Field would be the site for homefield advantage in the NFC. I am obviously not saying this will happen, but it is mathematically possible
