I knew someone was going to pick Tom Brady........tisk tisk. Tom is a GREAT player don't get me wrong, but i'm talking the greatest player to play at MICHIGAN.....not in the NFL. You can pick again if you want to there Mario.......
I'm going with Ole 98, Tom Harmon. If there are any "true" Michigan fans on this site, you know who i'm talking about.
Harmon played college football at the University of Michigan from 1938-1940, and won the Heisman Trophy his senior season. Although he made his name as a running back, he also excelled as a kicker and quarterback. Harmon rushed for 2,134 yards during his career at Michigan, completed 100 passes for 1,304 yards and 16 touchdowns, and scored 237 points. During his career he played all 60 minutes 8 times.
In his final game, against Ohio State Harmon single handedly led the Wolverines to a 40-0 victory, scoring three rushing touchdowns, two passing touchdowns, four extra points, intercepting three passes, and punting three times for an average of 50 yards. He led the nation in scoring in 1939 and 1940 (a feat that remains unmatched), and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.

I going to pick #21 Desmond Howard for pulling the Heisman pose.

And pulling the Heisman pose makes him Michigan's Greatest Player Ever how????? I could put on the Maize and Blue and pull the Heisman pose......does that make me Michigan's Greatest Player???
Do you even know what your talking about Mario or are you realy out to piss everyone off on FN with you retarded TD's and your asinine comments?
How about you come up with a legit argument and a REASON you think that is a good pick and stop wasting my time......hotard

It depends what you define as greatest player. If greatest player is defined as the greatest legacy then yes Brady would be accurate. However, if you mean the greatest player while at Michigan, then Brady would not be the anywhere close. He was a sixth round pick for a reason.
